Nov 21,2018I finally got my order into the cart. The site defaulted to the wrong set up, I wanted a trifold brochure and it went into a half fold, therefore when I finally was able to upload the file, I received an email that it was wrong. Finally, thru 2 hours on Support Chat, this was discovered, I was offered a voucher, cancelled the order and had to reorder the brochure. After many attempts, I was not able to do so. I then went back to Support Chat, since there is no other means of communication with this company, Printi. And then after an hour or more, 'Nathalie' gave up. I still have paid for a brochure I cannot upload, cannot speak with anyone, and have to order this item elsewhere! ANGRY! Would rather call it a NO STAR RATING!

Nov 21,2018The cards came very quickly and look great. One of the colors is quite a bit different than I thought and I wish there was a better way to test what this would look like before arrival. The other colors were very nice.

Nov 21,2018Thank you Printi team for yet another great job. Our client's Table Runner arrived today. The print and material quality is excellent. One suggestion would be to include the fabric weight on the site. All Printi competitors include that spec on their site and it is helpful information to know how heavy or lightweight the material is. Actually, it was a pleasant surprise to find out that Printi's fabric is one of the heaviest on the market.
