Nov 30,2017The ordering process needs to be simplified. Do not appreciate several e-mails saying that our "file" does not conform. We went through the whole process, paid for the product and then were e-mailed that our product was being delayed because of not receiving payment. We followed up several times after receiving e-mails and were told that everything was good to go but then continued to receive more e-mails about the file not conforming. We received an e-mail that our product had shipped and then for several days after that e-mail we continue to get e-mails stating that our product file does not conform. It's really irritating and the company is making it more complicated than necessary. We would like to have the ability to log onto our account, click reorder and not go through the same mess/frustrations we have had in the product three times this year so far.

If I am paying for something, even if it's only $1 I believe my concerns should be addressed in a timely manner and that the person taking the money should be easily accessible to correct problems, not return emails with no name or contact # and a phone line that keeps you on hold for indefinite period of time.

The cost was far cheaper than competitors, and the results were great - glossy, professional, gorgeous color and print quality. There was a potential issue with part of my document, and staff from Pixart were readily available to talk through potential issues with me. Would def use them again.
