My only complaints would be the turn over time and sometimes there is a lengthy wait time to speak with a customer service agent, as with most highly profitable companies.... There is an option to receive faster delivery, so guess it's fair. The quality is great and I love the ease of the website, being able to get instant quotes for future projects really helps!

Nov 15,2017Really great quality. Fast than expected. The only issue was with delivery company DHL because they didn't find the way to get inside the building to give the package so I had to go to their office. Amazon always entering without any problem so I don't know why DHL could not.

Nov 15,2017I have worked with Pixartprinting USA twice, for the 1st and 2nd issues of a quarterly magazine I publish. The printing for the first job was not 100% satisfactory and when I contacted customer service to discuss the matter, the initial response was very wanting. Eventually, the director got involved and was very immediate and professionally pleasant in getting me some answers. The 2nd print job worked out very well, although a little back-and-forth with customer service was iffy at one point. I will likely continue using Pixartprinting for my magazine, as the overall experience and print quality are good.

Nov 15,2017There was an issue with the template they provided, and no one answered when I called customer service, even after waiting on hold for 40+ minutes. I did receive an email back the next day. The calendars arrived on time, 60% look great, and 40% are mediocre. Can't beat the price though.
