Nov 15,2017Had a great experience, except it wasn't clear to me that the page count on a double sided print job was not half the total number. I had to update my order to 64 pages when I thought it should have been 32. I had to do this over the phone since the online support seemed like an auto responder instead of a customer service rep. But, I was able to update the order, and the print was great, exactly what I wanted. With a little work in explaining page counts, and with a little TLC on the support, I would have had a 5 star experience.

It is difficult to reach customer service to get an update and to find out when my product will be shipped. It was supposed to be here last friday, it is now Tuesday and I have no clue when my order will arrive.

Nov 14,2017We have printed a number of jobs with this company and continue to be amazed that they charge so little for such excellent quality. The few times I've had to contact them about a job, the customer service received has been prompt, polite and friendly. My only remotely negative comment would be that they should use somewhat stronger shipping cartons. Occasionally, especially with a small order of perhaps 250 flyers, the carton is more than a little beat up by the time it gets here.

No one even knew it wasn't being printed. took more than double the time to receive the invites and it was supposed to be rushed . They didn't know what was going on inside their own company and didn't help me.

I was in a pinch and needed my items quickly and PixartPrinting was the cheapest and fastest place to get my order done anywhere. The product - a perfect bound book-- came out great--indistinguishable from others I'd done in the past from other companies.

Oct 31,2017Bottom line: Pixartprinting delivered my project on time, on budget, with great results - and i WILL absolutely work with them again. However the challenges i experienced with Pixartprinting as i began this project with them almost prevented that result from happening. In the beginning - several attempts trying to reach customer support on the phone and on their chat support; trying to get answers to questions i couldn't find on their website, then trying to get customer support that actually knew the answers to my questions - were futile and extremely frustrating. If first impressions are made at the initial moment of contact, i more than likely would have gone elsewhere. But I stayed because Pixartprinting's web site said they could deliver my project on time and on budget. That commitment had tremendous value to me because I could not secure the same commitment from their competitors. Eventually, i did get someone on the phone who answered my questions and was indeed very helpful. But the investment of time and energy required to get to that point was more than excessive. As promised, a few days later, my project was delivered (actually a day early), printed and bound exactly as i expected. I strongly encourage Pixartprinting to shore up their customer support and communication to and with their customers. That investment -- in your customer's experience -- will surely reap significant rewards.

Oct 25,2017When I came upon PixArt in an ad, I thought that is just what I need to get a short run printed quickly, but I thought the cost would be prohibitive. When I put in all the info, and the total came back, I was stunned. Then, I thought, well, if it's that cost, it must be loosely done. When I opened the highly anticipated package, I was amazed at how good it looked. The colors were true, nothing had moved to make a page look askew, the page to page alignment was perfect, the photos were good. I had not been able to send all high-resolution photos. The only slight disappointment was the last page (8" X 8*) on which a full page photo was to be seen. That photo when reproduced turned the sky darker than it was in the original photo. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased.
