The 6 foot banner was amazing! The price was so reasonable and it came with the stand. I was worried it wouldn't be sturdy or that it would be difficult to put to together but it was the complete opposite. Great material, sturdy, strong, already assembled, and easy to use. Comes with the carrying case too. Honestly the product was amazing and I never write reviews but this one was worth it.

I use Pixartprinting to make outdoor murals of my photographs. The prints are great and I want to be able to continue to use their services. Unfortunately, I never receive a print that isn't damaged. They are very good about reprinting and reshipping, but even reprints arrive damage. This has cost me some business. They need to wrap the aluminum prints better, so the edges don't get bent or dinged up. If it wasn't for this issue, they would receive 5 stars. Customer service is great. But, when I loose a sale because after 3 attempts to receive an undamaged product, I have to give them 2 stars.
Ordered was delayed due to the shipping company, goods were thus reprinted and resent by another shipping company. What I liked is that a real solution was found for my case. They didn't tell me to be "patient" :p
- Commande passée le 5/12/2016 - Fichiers validés (à grand-peine) le 9/12/2016 : commande promise en express en dédommagement pour le temps perdu par leur service technique. Livraison prévue le 12/12, au plus tard le 14/12. - Commande finalement livrée le 21/12 après de multiples appels à leur service client en France : à chaque fois, on me répondait que les étiquettes étaient envoyées. J'ai enfin eu quelqu'un qui m'a dit la vérité le 20/12 : ils avaient eu un problème et le transporteur également. Si je l'avais su dès le 14/12, j'aurais pu passer commande à un imprimeur local ! - Commande reçue à moitié fausse : le premier rouleau d'étiquettes était le bon, le second contenait des étiquettes manifestement pour une autre personne. Plainte envoyée au service client : préjudice important car ces étiquettes devaient être appliquées sur des pots de safran destinés à des magasins qui en avaient passé commande pour Noël. Bien évidemment, en ne recevant que la moitié des étiquettes le 21/12, vous imaginez bien que ces commandes sont tombées à l'eau. Réponse de Pixart Printing (après un long échange d'emails) : réimpression des étiquettes fausses (ce qui n'est pas un dédommagement mais bien une obligation) et éventuel remboursement des ces dernières. Impossible d'avoir une véritable prise en compte du problème, même pas une excuse... Rien... Je vous déconseille donc vivement cet imprimeur qui m'a énormément déçue : j'avais travaillé avec lui sur divers dossiers et tout s'était passé correctement, mais sa gestion des problèmes et des litiges est véritablement calamiteuse.
I ordered REALLY important stuff from there and they said delivering date will be this and this. Then they send me text message and one email to go check up their site for further information. Nothing. Send them 2 emails first nicely and then I really get pissed off and sent one email more. Suddenly they started to answer my emails and cancelled my order. What a waste of time, I will highly recommend other fast service print shops with real customer service.
Airport Coloring Book
Jul 25,2017Pixart Printing produces an excellent product for an affordable price. PA prints Saddle-stitched coloring books for me with beautiful results. Their web interface pretty much allows me to order a product with no human interaction.. but if you want it, help is always available through a Chat window (during business hours) and the support is very helpful. And last, but no least, free shipping so far, and I've shipped to some really odd places. I'm so glad to have found Pixart!
