I had issues uploading a file, adding a couple days to the process which would have pushed the delivery date beyond when I needed my order. Pixart stepped up, got my order printed and delivered by the original date I requested.

Sep 03,2017Printing is very well done. Have been getting stuff printed there for a while now. They need to get the extreme classic pvc here in the states. The print looks better and brighter on it then the current stiff they use. Was able to get it printed on it from the Spain office. That is the only downside is no extreme classic pvc for banners.

Sep 02,2017Can't say too many good things about these guys other than the pricing and decent printing. I ordered a large order of books from them and they came all damaged from shipping. The box was ripped open and all of the books were scuffed on the covers due to improper packaging. Really upsetting. Luckily, they were kind enough to reprint them for me for no extra charge. Customer service is a 6/10. Had to call them back 4-5 times after having them say that they will call me back to let me know what the status is. Will probably not be going back to these guys in the future.

Aug 28,2017The physical quality of the product we received was great. However, the upload software on the site wasn't rendering our fonts correctly and there was no way to review the file online before officially sending. I replaced the incorrect file with a fixed file, but the software cut me out so I had no way of reviewing to see if would look right. When we received the banner, our background was printed with the first file that was wrong (without the logo/text) which essentially makes it useless. We were also assured it would arrive by a certain day which was crucial as we needed it for a convention, but it arrived 5 days later than it was supposed to so we didn't have it in time for the event (we even had a plan in place in case it was a day or two behind but 5 days later was after the event entirely). The banner casing, stand, and storage bag are all nice in quality and we will be able to use that in the future, but the banner itself was printed wrong and we received it late so it was a waste of money for our purposes.

Aug 28,2017Whereas the online order form is simplified and fairly easy to fill out, when the actual printing takes place, I always get an email with a lot of printing lingo that is over my head which asks me to change things within my document that I don't understand or to allow them to take care of it at the risk of some photos not coming out right on the document. I chose to allow them to change the file to fit their printers and indeed one or two photos did turn out with lines across them but it wasn't that important to the overall document and so I accepted it. I also was disappointed with the binder on my last order. I ordered copies of the same document about 3 times over a 6 month period. With the first two orders, I received a plastic spiral binder. But on my last order, it was changed to one of those wire clip things. This is a cookbook and the pages will be turned often and the spiral binder is best for turning the pages. They get caught on those wire clip binders.

Aug 26,2017Savings come at a cost I love Pixartprinting but boy do you make me work for it sometimes. I always add extra time for the back and forth in the pre-print process. Can't beat the prices but there is a cost to the savings.

Aug 26,2017None of our regular print vendors were able to produce affordable, short-run perfect-bound books, so when one of them steered us towards Pixartprinting, we really went into it blind with no other options. In short, the prices per piece were untouchable, all of our questions were answered quickly online via the chat, the instructions and interface to upload files and build the books were easy to follow, and once the finished books arrived (quickly), they looked great. Glad to have another quality vendor at our disposal for the future...

Aug 14,2017The product has great value or I'd have rated Fingerprinting lower. I liked the included shipping, the choice of delivery dates to get a lower price, the ease of uploading the files and on-time delivery. I have a set of banners from another print shop where the colors and small details came out better on the same type of material. The very small details and colors did not come out well. nonetheless the product is great if you are using it for actual banners with large bold details. Although the quality left something to be desired in my application, I will use them again.
