The first file check told me my file dimension was not correct. Fixed that and sent files in. Next day it told me some images had low resolution. Would be better if I were told about the low resolution issue when I was told about the file dimension problem so that I can fix both at the same time. And it would have been helpful to tell me which image was low in resolution. But shipping was fast.

Excellent quality, but I had to knock them a star because when I ordered I selected a particular day as my estimated delivery date and my item didn't ship until that day. I'd have been ok with that, except that I paid for a quicker delivery date. If it was advertised as a "ship by date" I wouldn't have any issues with the product. I just felt a little miss lead is all. But as I said the banner I ordered is amazing, superb quality.

I am someone with little to no experience when it comes to editing pictures. I repeatedly tried to upload pictures according to their specifications, and it has yet to work. the limited support that they offered was of no help at all. I am still trying to get it to work so that I can get the signs that I ordered several weeks ago.

The quality of the product is really great and you can print any number of copies! The only thing is missing - clear instructions for the document preparation about bleeds, CMYK colors conversion, vector fonts. Thank you very much!

The price is great but customer/technical assistance was lacking. I called the first time, advising of my lack of technical skills, and was provided instructions. After submitting these changes, I continued to receive the same error message. Called again with the same results. IMO the way to improve services would be to review the file the first time to make sure it doesn't reject over and over causing multiple calls. In the end, I had to seek other advice to get this file properly sent. I haven't received the product but hope for the best.

Despite my order not arriving on time for my launch, working with your staff was easy, seamless and pleasant. Mike and Mark P were great at following up and remaining patient with me as I am a first time publisher. My only issue with the service is that I can't lower the paper weight for my magazine. But, the main draw is the quality you get for the price. It's unmatched!! I'll definitely shop with Pixartprinting again. Thanks!

Beyond impressed with Pixartprinting. I wasn't sure what to expect. I print a lot of various things for clients through my design business, but this was the first attempt at a retractable banner. Although graphics is my business and I know most technical things, it was very reassuring to talk with Michael and Mark and suss out any issue that there were during the process. Fantastic customer service and I'm beyond impressed with the quality of the product. I'd gladly give more than 5 stars.

The books arrived early which was super awesome! All around quality of them was great. There were a couple scratch imperfections on the inner covers of a couple of the books. However, it didnt effect the actual pages in the book so overall, i am still very pleased.

The online process was fairly easy to set up. Placing the order was easy. Production and shipping time was fast. Pricing is excellent. The only reason I could give 5 stars was because our banner came with some surface scratches and a small area that looks like it was damaged in production and painted over. It was not bad enough to send back so we kept it. Our banner was large 8x16 feet so we can see how it could be easy to have scratched the surface...
