One of the jobs was over 200 books and UPS lost one of the boxes. Pixart made it right and did it quickly so we had what we needed. We will continue to use PixArt for many jobs in the future. Aug 02,2017Found Pixartprinting and loved their selection of large format printing option. Leveraged the outdoor Corex 2'x3' printing for a work employee engagement event of corn hole tournament. Print came on time and was great quality. Minor dent within the board but nothing major to request a reprint. Only reason for the 4 stars was their order tracking (which I love) didn't seem to update correctly with printing process. Was still in printing the day before it was suppose to be delivered. Had to follow up with multiple calls to confirm it was to be delivered on time. If you can plan ahead and don't need something tomorrow, Pixartprinting is a great option. Their sliding price for delivery/priority is a great business model.

As a new client , I was very nervous about my print but it arrived in the best quality. I would definitely recommend Pixartprinting!

Aug 02,2017It's complicated to upload designs,my first two orders were 5 days late for my customer and all they offered was a 50% refund while im losing 100% customer,and my last two retractable banner orders were messed up. Both of my customers had events on july 29th,the banners got here on time but they were the "WRONG" banner!! and all they offered was a refund or a reprint but by that time my customers were angry and didnt want the banner anymore and they had to spend more money through another company to pay for a rush banner.I love the product,dont get me wrong but the delivery service and the automated order response is well below average...

Aug 02,2017The order process was relatively easy. But for the price I paid I expected a perfect or at least near perfect product. I even paid the extra money to have them do a file check for me to ensure that my file was good to go, which they said it was. What I got was a product (small spiral bound booklet) that had hole punches though words and letters. This was disappointing to say the least. I filed the report through the support function on their website and so far it has been two days without any response to me report.

I was in a pinch and needed books printed with very little turnaround time and they were one of the few companies online that could do the job within the needed timeframe. They cost less than local or other online competitors that offered inferior products and greater job time. I called to check on the order and they were so pleasant to work with and were excellent at communicating and following up with me. I didn't know what to expect as far as quality since they were "faster and cheaper" but the quality was fantastic!!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone, and will use them for all of my printing needs in the future.
