Sep 20,2021Nice singlespeed wheel set for fixed gear frame.Would have given 5 stars if the spacers had been removed to fit a standard 120mm drop out,but had to take it to my local bike shop to remove them pity.

Sep 19,2021Derailleur arrived with missing parts. The hanger bolt was there, BUT had no hanger stop spring clip or retaining clip. I needed to use one of a bent GX unit I had which means that is now written off. Not that impressed to be honest. Pity as the idea is good, clearly, there is no quality control of parts going out.

Communications with cycletrade were great, collection no problem and ultimately I was delighted with the price, service and frame. Great friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely use cycletrade again when I am on the lookout for parts, or another bike.

Aug 31,2021Brilliant service. Had an accident a couple of months ago and wrecked my frame. Emailed details of the components to cycletrade and Keval came back really quickly with a very fair offer. Collection was simple and received payment the same day they were received. Highly recommend this company if looking to sell any bike parts.

Aug 09,2021Cycle trade were fast and efficient, from order to delivery just 7 days, Two spokes and one nipple short from this delivery, saw the rest dispatched within days. The only problem was the delivery company, who held the second parcel as unknown recipient which was incorrect as the address was clearly visible when the added label was removed. Obviously this UK company had not got to grips with the european road first number second. Would definitely use again.

Other than that no complaints. Excellent customer service experience in dealing with my enquiry before purchase
