Jul 31,2021Ordered a Scott frame from Cycletrade late on Wednesday and it arrived Friday afternoon. Arrived well packaged and the frame is in excellent condition. Customer service is first class, they dealt with my query in a very professional manner, these guys care about their customers, which is rare these days. I will use them again, it is a really good way to get quality parts for your bike.

Jul 28,2021Item took over 7 days to arrive. Seems to have got stuck in Courier network. When received it was dirty - nothing drastic but required a proper clean before installing. Mechanically sound.

Jul 27,2021Came across these guys online when seaching for a vision wheel set contacted them via email, very helpful as to what i needed and evem through in a free wheel spacer on top of that a fast del8very only a couple of days so well chuffed with the purchase and their service amd ive already reccomend tjem to my riding friends, will defently be using them again.

Jul 11,2021Guys are super cool! I've bought a few parts online from Cycletrade and they are always great! then during a work trip to Glasgow decided to pay them a visit! Guys were really welcoming and showed me around the warehouse. I was really surprised at how efficient these young guys are! It's like a real start-up where everyone does a bit of everything. Jul 10,2021After a less than satisfactory initial experience, customer service found my email in their junk folder and were then very quick to resolve the issue. The items I purchased had some missing components but, once Cycletrade were made aware of this, they were very apologetic and ensured that the items were made good. In all, they have a good selection at reasonable prices and seem sincere in their efforts to provide good service, which is more than can be said for a lot of sites!

Aug 02,2021Service was good, shipping time was good. Everything was good, apart from the fact that the product was damaged slightly, sorta like it had been used a bit prior to shipping. I bought a pair of Dmr V6 flat plastic pedals, and a few of the pins on both were broken off
