Aug 07,2020This training is excellent. Worth every penny and well structured. Simon's training is clear, down to earth, thorough, and very encouraging. His support team are very helpful. Simon is also personally responsive and available on a daily basis on the closed group to answer specific questions and give advice on your experiences which is fantastic.

Simon Zutshi does the decent and ethical alternative by breaking things down into simplicity. His podcasts provide great advice and he teaches property investment must be a win-win.The team behind him live by this (Sarah Emmerson and Devika) and this is what makes this a great network to be apart of. Jul 16,2020At my first introduction to this group in a prize draw, I won a free 12 month subscription to their local meetings. At my first local meeting in another prize draw, I then won a Property Magic Live subscription worth £997 on 11th, 12th & 13th September 2020. Now I am not lucky in draws, in fact this is the first and indeed second time I have won such a draw in 45 years. So I contacted them to claim my Property Magic Live prize. They advised me that to claim my "free" prize I had to make a £1 donation to a charity of their choice using my credit card. I advised that i had no problem making a donation to their charity but would prefer to do so using my online banking, but that was not allowed they needed my credit card! I refused to give my card details but offered to make a £10 donation on line but again this was declined, they wanted my credit card details to claim a free prize. So I said no thank you, please unsubscribe me and they replied saying well "pass on the love, give the prize to a friend". Just like Simon's presentation so American. So I guess its either my credit card details or a friend that I don't like ! Free means no cost in my book , but a charity donation is OK. Why do they need my credit card details, especially given that I offered to make payment using my online banking. As I was not willing to give my credit card details, they would be happy to get my friends details instead, even though that person was not a PIN member (the draw was for PIN members who attended the meeting only). Make up your own mind but its certainly not for me.

The main points that set this course apart from others is that, not only do they teach you basic and advanced strategies on property investing but to do it with good ethics that is a win:win for all.
