Nov 27,2023Some really eye popping moments for me and tips that even though i have attended training with other businesses have never even been mentioned before. The Expert panel and the live calls were super informative. The way Simon delivers like a seasoned veteran inspires you to take Action. And I certainly will be doing. The best event i have attended so far on my property journey. Can't wait to put it all into action. Thanks Simon so so much!

Nov 27,2023The two-day deal sourcing seminar truly exceeded my expectations, blending invaluable knowledge with practical applications in property investment. It was like discovering a treasure map in the world of real estate! Simon and his team were more than just instructors; they were like friendly guides in the complex jungle of property investment. Their patience and support were phenomenal, especially when tackling the trickier parts of the course. They answered every question with such clarity and enthusiasm, it was impossible not to be swept up in their passion. One of the highlights for me was using the Property Filter tool. It felt like having a secret weapon; I identified 20 potential properties, which felt like striking gold in the property market! And let’s not forget the art of sending out 'DTV' mails to landlords. I must say, crafting those mails was an experience in itself – it’s like writing love letters, but to properties and their owners. The live calls to landlords and agents were a masterclass in real-time negotiation and communication. It was like eavesdropping on secret agent conversations, if the agents were property gurus and the mission was to secure the best real estate deals! The networking aspect was just as thrilling. Being in a virtual room with people who all speak 'property' was like being at a secret society meeting, except everyone was eager to share their insights and experiences. In summary, this seminar wasn't just an educational journey; it was a fun-filled adventure into the world of property investment. I left not only equipped with new skills and strategies but also with memories and connections that I'm sure will be invaluable in my property journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking to dive headfirst into the exciting world of property deals!

Nov 14,2023OMG, what a fabulous course!! Mastermind Accelerator gives such a brilliantly detailed overview of strategies available to consider when investing in property. I really liked that, if anyone struggled to grasp the content Simon and the team were patient and supportive, making sure to answer any questions fully, with lots of examples and enthusiasm to ensure total understanding. It was also great spending 3 days immersed in the learning and with a great set of like minded people. The 3 days provided fantastic networking opportunities and I have made lots of new property friends to support me on my journey and keep me motivated!! I feel I have been given the tools to confidently put into action what I have learned and to get my property journey started!! Ps. Wonderful hotel venue, great food and lovely staff. Would highly recommend!!

Nov 13,2023Wow, what an experience the last 3 days have been. Just been on the 3 day mastermind accelerator and my only criticism is on me for not attending earlier! Simon and the other coaches delivery was simply amazing. The level of information here was outstanding and the way it was delivered was brilliant. I would highly recommend this course for anyone interested in avoiding what could be very costly mistakes.

From start to finish the course was fun, motivating and full of quality content with everything needed for us to get going with our property investment journey. I only wish we had done it sooner!

I enjoyed every bit of it, and I am now aware that anyone can get into property investing as long as they have the right mindset, willingness to learn and implement all the steps they learnt from the course. More importantly, do what Simon says!!! Then the sky is the limit for a commited person to be successful in property investing. Hence, I definitely recommend this course. Good luck!

Oct 01,2023I have just had a brilliant 3 days at the London Property Mastermind Accelerator. This is an advanced 3 day workshop for investors who want to make serious money from property. I was trained in all the latest property investment strategies by the extraordinary Simon Zutchi and his team. The content was extremely clear and detailed and comprehensive and as a solicitor by profession, this was very important to me. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course if you would like to know how to invest in property in a safe and secure way and knowing how to maximise your property income.

The subject matter was well thought out planned and executed, if a little intense at times. All of the presenters were clear and concise in their approach and how they educated you on their areas of expertise. This is the first training of any sort I have done in many, many years and they made it a breeze. Congrats to Simon and his team on a great event, it has given me the kick I needed to get my property journey in to full flow. I will be looking to get more training or coaching from them soon. Oct 01,2023Even if you're a seasoned investor you will pick up so many things you were unaware of. The role playing really allows you experience how much there is to learn. It's not scary because everyone has a positive, helpful attitude. Highly recommended!

The course is run seamlessly with attention to detail and every opportunity for networking is encouraged.
