Sep 17,2024Great 3 day event, well organised. Location central Birmingham. All the speakers had good up-to-date knowledge. Simon Zutshi was great and good sense of humour. Plenty of networking opportunities. Food was very tasty. Would recommend it to property investors new or experienced.

Sep 16,2024I really enjoyed participating in Property Magic Live, albeit I was online and not in the room. Nevertheless I was blown away by the excellent speakers and the very well organised presentations and pre-prepared workbooks. It was excellent!

Sep 16,2024One of the more credible networks. Content is good and a mix of free/low cost, although if you want to invest more for more comprehensive training this is also available. Good monthly PIN meetings which are well hosted.

The case studies brought the subject areas to life. And we had the opportunity to ask questions and to learn from their experience & to network. Excellent company. I would highly recommend their training.

Aug 21,2024MMA is such a great course, delivered by incredibly knowledgable people who convey this information with clarity. It is packed full of content and fast paced. So, although you have to keep the concentration high, you get amazing value. With a team of experienced coaches on hand, there is always someone to follow up with and the contacts made with the others attending is already proving useful. Three days well spent!

Aug 18,2024Sometimes in life there are key moments which change your trajectory, and this was one. This is the most professional event I’ve ever attended as a participant. The hotel and food was 10/10, the team were outstanding, the content was more than I could have ever expected. You don’t know what you don’t know, and this certainly highlighted that. To be in a room with like minded people was inspiring. I can’t shout from the rooftops enough - don’t be on the fence, just get on this course.

Jul 29,2024Do you feel as if the world is not enough? Do you feel as if you will never achieve the success in property that you want? Well never say never again because from Russia with love comes the James Bond of property- Simon Zutsi. I came across Simon by way of an advert on facebook. It was for a free 5 day challenge on facebook. Now I am always up for learning and so I jumped on. If you ask Simon he'll tell you I always attended live. At the end he made an offer that it would take an idiot to refuse. If you bought a VIP ticket for the September event you got a free place on the weekend deal sourcer training. Now I paid some £497 plus VAT for the September event. It was a no brainer because I thought to myself the going rate for a below market value deal is £3000. If I can do one between the deal sourcing event and September then I am in profit. I was worried about being legally compliant but Simon covered that. He went through the A-Z of sourcing below market value property deals- so much so that I am raring to go. He brought on guest speakers who showed you how to become legally complaint. You see to be legally compliant requires some £4000 of investment for the insurance and the like first. However without the funds how can you do it? Well you partner up with one of Simon's associates who takes the risk for you and you come under their umbrella. The other way is you join another of his associates and you spread the cost out over 12 months. As I said you then do one, get your £3000 and you are quids in. Simon told us to take it as seriously as if you had paid £15000 for the weekends training. Well if he had charged me £15000 I would say that is cheap for the value you get. So the usual questions. Would I recommend Simon Zutsi's Property Investors Network? All day ever day. Are they worth the money? Good value at 100 times the price. Would I use them again? Duh I am signed up for September and once I have implemented all this, got a few BMVs I am upgrading and applying to go on his mastermind. What would I recommend the public to do? I would suggest most strongly you do what I did. Ring up his office and ask when he's doing his next facebook challenge and get on it. However I'd look at his website, have a call with one of his staff and get on board. Get in where you can fit in. Trust me your future self will thank you for it. In 12 months you'll be in a much better place financially. Get on board now.

Jun 10,2024I received profound insight into various property investment strategies,and learned mind blowing concepts from the course content, which was extremely professionally delivered by Simon Zutchi and his team of Trainers and staff, who were all so attentive and helpful. The environment was beautiful, comfortable and conducive to learning, and all the people were very friendly, which helped me to relax. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to increase their property knowledge by investing in themselves in a safe and nurturing group situation. I loved every minute ov it.

May 14,2024This course is full of priceless content, delivered in an entertaining and authoritative manner, by a crew who not only walk the walk but care about the success of their delegates. They are generous with free content, but there is no substitute for the experience of being there in person, it is so much better. I strongly recommend Mastermind Accelerator.

Apr 25,2024They will never send you any links on time, making it difficult to access anything, but they will still charge the full price. Additionally, do not apply to work there, as they may let you go after just a couple of weeks.

Mar 27,2024Having attended my first local PIN meeting recently, I unfortunately found myself very disappointed, and left an hour early. I excitedly attended the meeting with the hope I’d meet other local investors on the same path, or ahead of me, when in fact I was met solely by people wanting to pitch and sell me something. Perhaps I misunderstood the purpose of the meetings, but sadly this was not for me.

Mar 25,2024March 23rd 2024. Completed the three-day Mastermind Accelerator. Top notch teaching/training from very, very knowledgeable practitioners of what they teach. Resource materials are excellent. The course requires an investment of resources of time, money and effort and all are worthwhile. Hard to think how it could be better!
