Aug 24,2022What a fantastic property networking meeting this is. My first event was January 2022 and what an eye opener it was. This is a room full of motivated property professionals what are all willing to help support people on their property journey. Since visiting in January I’m now a regular at the Sheffield, Lincoln and Harrogate meetings and I’ve never looked back. My future is bright in property and a large part of this is pin. Thank you Donna Hipkiss and the team for a fantastic event. Andy.

Aug 12,2022I get rare calls (and that's great) from this company and every call is exclusive. I never met or saw Mandy but talking to her feels like we've known each other for years. She makes you feel special and have a magic talent to personalise her calls. She has been tremendously helpful in countless cases and even takes time to call after resolving an issue. Being an insignificant investor, I am really impressed and do trust this is a human business, not just a company that is solely interested in making sales. Thanks Mandy.

It was excellent - we got to know one another and had lots of personal time as it was just a group of four. Simon gave thoughtful, informative and insightful advice and answered everyone's questions in a straightforward way - really helpful. He has such a lot of experience to share and does not hold back. He is genuinely concerned for the success of each person.

Jun 09,2022My initial impression of the PIN property training team, especially co-ordinator Mandy, is extremely positive. She has a "can-do" attitude to overcome any early systems issues, and the training support platform for the Creative Finance Home study programme is excellently organised, with detailed content set out logically. I also made some really useful contacts via my first Property Investors'Network meeting in Liverpool, and have already applied some of the advice I took from a fellow member. Therefore, completely independently, and with no previous connection with their organisation, I would recommend anyone considering investing in property knowledge training or wanting to share thoughts and opinions via PIN membership to get started now.

Jun 06,2022Attended a 3-day weekend workshop on property investing. I found it Massive value for money, with a great interactive learning style and role plays. It was clear there is much experience in this network and I felt it was a genuine company that is interested in helping people succeed in property.

May 25,2022Attended Simon’s “Online Property Exhibition” 29th April 22, which was packed with great speakers and a ton of information. Was accidental overcharge when signing up for a follow-on bonus webinar. This was very quickly sorted out by Simon’s team. Many thank to Amir Ziaeefrd and of course Simon.

Very helpful and the big stars always make time and room for the new starters, If you're a new investor and you aren't sure about anything, go here! Andy and Simon are wildly intelligent and master at strategy, they offer a lot of free education and employ a great staff, I had a meeting with Mandy Brains and she was fantastic and answered all questions about the 3 day masterclass (look into it for some genuine property success) and I can't wait to go to the next meeting!

Sep 07,2023The first thing that I would like to mention is the understanding way that the staff have always answered my telephone calls and have been generous with their time, Second thing I like about this group is the friendly way that the meetups are so open and friendly, I have been to the meeting in Cardiff and Swansea in Wales and luke and Morgan do such a great job of picking speakers that I can relate to. thirdly is the flexible way they moved my fees around so that I could use the money against the next meeting I attend. For their friendly manners I give them a full 5 stars, well done PIN for making my journey so much easier. John....
