Nov 27,2023Worth giving up the weekend for! Really enjoyed Simon Zutshi's Deal Sourcing Live event virtually! Even though I wasn't intending to deal package, the learnings to help build confidence in looking at deals have been great. Wonderful group of experts who shared their experiences and expertise over the 2 days Plenty of opportunity to network in break out Zoom Room - thank you Frank Mason for your leading our room and sharing your knowledge!

Nov 27,2023The content was excellent and deserves a 5 star review. Delivery was great - enthusiastic and knowledgeable presenters. The audio in the room was a bit flaky (and as a professional in the conference tech industry, I know!) The content was let down by typos in the slides - surely in the 21st century, with VAs being recommended and spell check, this could have been avoided. Shameless self promotion was sometimes condoned, sometimes not - consistency would be a fairer way of carrying on. Key learnings - there are a lot of motivated sellers out there, for a host of reasons. Modern technology can automate a lot of the processes we need. I would definitely recommend this training.

Nov 27,2023What a great 2 day Deal Sourcing LIVE online event. I couldn't make the in-person event but I never missed a thing. Great interaction with Simon in the room from my home. Got loads of new information about Property Investing for 2023. And a refresher of what is working NOW. Together with introducing new software solutions that will help me go further than I first imagined. Many thanks, Simon and Team. Definitely recommend it whether just starting out or wanting a refresh on how to improve yourself.

This comprehensive program provided invaluable insights and motivation. A real life conversation to a potential seller was enlightening and Simon's adeptness in simplifying your thinking and get out of your own way gives you the determination to take action. His delivery was engaging, regardless of your prior knowledge. The practical break out rooms, workbook and case studies offered a hands-on approach. Highly recommended.

Nov 27,2023Signed up the day before as I stumbled upon it by accident (deal sourcing) - boy, am I grateful! Real gems, actionable insights, sprinkles of real-life experiences, no hard sales pitch, networking opportunities and so much more. Simon and the team have a style that I haven't seen replicated. I've been to a competitor who flaunted their wealth while teaching (off-putting) but Simon keeps things real and is encouraging. As a newbie to this world, it was much appreciated.

Nov 27,2023Just finished the Deal Sourcing course. Simon shared his vast experience on how to find great deals, how to speak to buyers, sellers and estate agents. Also gave great overview of strategies, how to succeed as a sole trader or business, how to work professionally, become compliant etc. I now have the confidence to go out there and start finding great deals, having not had any significant experience in property before.

Also the netowrk of professionals and companies that can facilitate me in finding and closing deals are very useful. Ie it is a complete package in two days!

Nov 27,2023This was my first proper training in deal sourcing and I can say I have took some really big things away from this, I’ve learnt we need to create rapport on people and I now have a list of questions to help create this rapport, I had a investor overseas who wanted to offload 6 off market properties I now have scheduled a call to build this rapport and potentially find out what would be best for these properties

Nov 27,2023Great training, the content is relevant and actionable in the current market conditions, Simon is a great speaker who does divert from the course content, with unrelated or too private stories, well structured course and very well scheduled. My take away is that at every stage of the property sourcing cycle, I have learnt the pragmatic and actionable approach. Thank you Simon.
