Nov 27,2023Have just finished the 2 day Deal Sourcing course. Overall a fantastic two days, which I recommend to others looking to continue expanding their property knowledge. It was both an in-person & virtual event (I joined online) and this was managed well. Would be even better if we were allowed to share contact details with other participants on the call - one of the big reasons people attend these sessions is to meet and make connections with others in property. Otherwise, a fantastic event. Many thanks all.

Nov 27,2023The break out rooms were a great place to chat and seek clarification on topics discussed. A motivational 2 days to start taking action, order some books and build confidence to get started on the property journey of investing and growing the property portfolio. Finally great to see some real life examples.

Nov 27,2023A great course if you are ready to start doing deal sourcing either part-time or full-time, especially if you are willing to invest in the software to make that 100 times easier than it used to be. Property Filter will take the hard work out of it... just saying. Learn how to negotiate with potential sellers. Put deals together. Learn how to be compliant as a deal sourcer. Find out about other options where you partner with companies that will take on the compliance and take the strain of admin away from you.

Having been on other property education courses with other companies, this one is on the next level can’t wait to do more

Nov 27,2023Amazing 2 days training, I'm comparing this against other training companies. and its simply chalk and cheese. The training was far more granular, live calls with sellers and estate agents, good guest speakers with real life knowledge, and not a single mention of 6 figure sums or super yachts...
