Mar 03,2025I needed the property assessment for my taxes, but my city is notoriously bad at getting things out on time. I found this website and it seemed legitimate, paid the $1, and got all of the information that I needed. Absolutely no problems, just be sure to check and make sure you aren't automatically signed up for an ongoing package (refund was also quick and easy).

Mar 03,2025Excellent reply very quickly after I unwittingly agreed to pay a dollar for records regarding my property lot. Should give them 4.5 stars since though they couldn’t and didn’t give me the specific information I was requesting: where my sewer lines connects a the street as well as the clean out connection is located, they were very quick in responding and ultimately refunded my dollar.

Mar 04,2025I received all the information requested on my initial search. Unfortunately, I signed up for a subscription by mistake ( I only needed info on the one property). I saw the charge on my account and contacted the service desk as instructed on the site. Within minutes, a service rep. emailed my back explaining the charge, letting me know my subscription had been cancelled and the rest of the charges dismissed. I was impressed by the quality of the records sent, but also, by the professional service I received when terminating my account. Kudos to the PropertyRecs team!
