They stole money from me by continuing to charge me 20 bucks for 6 months. I know that it's partially my fault for not checking the credit card statement, but, they could at least have a button or a menu on their page for people to easily cancel their subscription...the do not. This is a predatory business practice that needs to end soon.

I'm not sure what to make of PropertyRecs. On one hand, I ordered a service and my credit card was billed every month for 9-10 months before I realized it. Was that my screwup or their over-assumptive website? I'm not sure. I will say that when I reached out to PropertyRecs, they did agree to refund more than half of the monthly charges following my payment for the initial service. So they get positive marks for that. They're probably on the up-and-up. Just read the terms of service carefully before clicking submit.

I needed close my account. I was connected with Ryan as my customer service person on chat he was polite, knowledge, and quickly processed both my cancellation/account closure and a charge back on my card.

Never again using PropertyRec.com As others have said, PropertyRec.com automatically signs you into a subscription after you have already paid the $1.00 fee for information. As soon as I saw the $20 subscription fee, I contacted the company to cancel the pending charge.

I was concerned when I noticed automated charges on my credit card from this company. I had previously used the service to look up my property information to pay my county taxes. There was a minimal charge for that service, but somehow I ended up with a subscription. I am very grateful to the online rep for promptly closing the account and processing a refund of the charges.

I received my one item of information for $1 quickly and efficiently. A few days later, after not carefully reading a follow-up email, I found a $20 charge pending on my account. I reached out, received prompt answers, and was able to cancel my account and get everything straightened out. Thank you for your quick, polite service!

I was concerned that this would be a situation where it was difficult to cancel. I wanted to look at one report to confirm that there were no liens on my home after a remodel. I reluctantly signed up. Received the report in just a few minutes. After a week, logged onto the site, did a chat, and cancelled the subscription. Done in a couple minutes with no hassle.

I was charged a fee that was not spoken of when I made my original purchase, the support rep was excellent and assisted in refunding me quickly
