Feb 07,2025I got the information I needed from the site. I bought a home without a realtor and this site provided needed information. I gave 3 stars because I found it difficult to cancel my subscription. In the end I used the chat function to ask for a cancellation.

Feb 07,2025Never again using PropertyRec.com, They automatically sign you into a subscription after you have already paid the $1.00 fee for information, customer support even says the website isn’t very clear about the $20 subscription fee, only that you have 10 days to cancel,, no refunds

They didn't make much money ( $7.00 ) but were so kind to do all they could. Good company. thank you Ted R

Feb 06,2025While I am happy with the product, I am not happy that the website is not clear about what is being charged. I was charged $20 a month for 3 months before I realized it was happening. That being said, when I opened a chat up, I was refunded all the money that was charged for the service I was not using and didn't mean to sign up for. The person in the chat was very helpful.
