Feb 05,2025Timothy was an excellent customer service rep who deserves this 4 stars. He immediately refunded my $20 charge I didn’t authorize after buying a 1 property record for $1. He said it was an upgrade option disclosed at checkout but don’t recall nor authorize it. Nonetheless, his swift assistance for my refund is why I’d consider this website again.

Feb 05,2025I've been looking for information regarding a family property for a few weeks and somehow, I ended up here. I found most of the information that I needed but 1 piece of data was still missing. I clicked on the chat, explained what I needed, and the chat representative sent my request to a specialist. The chat representative was fast and professional. She knew exactly what I was looking for and said I would receive my information in 12-24 hours by email. I'm not so happy about that but I couldn't find the information that I needed anywhere else. I wasted hours searching elsewhere and I wish I had come here first.
