Jan 30,2025I purchased one record of my own property needed for assessment appeal purposes. I canceled my account January 23. On January 28th the charged me 29.99. When I spoke to customer service they stated it was a "volume discount plan" I had agreed to during checkout. I agreed to it IF I didn't cancel, which I did. They are just another site hiding theft behind refusal to cancel. If I can't log into my account, then clearly it's closed and I shouldn't be getting charged. Will be filing a dispute with my bank.
