I'm in San Francisco, a bit far from Trumball County!

They came through and I was impressed with the pleasant attitudes of everyone I spoke with. I’ve been in Naples just one year…Collier County Associates have been wonderful. 👸

Jan 28,2025Had no idea I signed up for a "volume discount rate" so be warned to read fine print or you will be charged monthly! I had only needed records on one property. However, customer service refunded me after I realized it and closed the account.

Jan 27,2025I ordered a couple of property reports for my child and paid for them. I didn’t check my credit card statements and later found that they were charging me $20 per month without authorization for a “volume” discount which is ridiculous since I didn’t need any more reports. They quickly gave me a partial refund and I didn’t pursue it any further.
