Jan 27,2025I requested to look up records. Not realizing the total would be $17.00, but I paid it. Twice now I have been charged $20.00 for what I am told is a “volume discount” which I never requested. . 3 times I have asked for a refund. I’ve gotten one refund! Very disappointed in this company!

I am getting the charges stopped but damn, you call the information public records making people think it's local government sources when it's the internet. Wrong name, wrong people living at my address... sigh. The info is standard website Googling and that stuff is usually old or just wrong.
