Jan 30,2025I found it very easy to get the information I wanted regarding the value of our property and historical information about our taxes and assessments. The checkout was a little confusing because first it appeared the charge would be $1, then $7, then more for additional options. I'm not sure what I ended up paying.

Jan 30,2025Scam Alert!! It is clear that this company's business model is set up to scam customers. I ordered one report which should have resulted in a $1 charge to my credit card. Instead, PropertyRecs.com signed me up for a subscription service and charged me $20 a month for several months without my permission. I didn't need, want or ask for a subscription service. It is clear that they automatically sign people up for the subscription and hope they don't notice. This is calculated theft, the worst kind.

Jan 29,2025Be more clear that it is a $1 one-time fee for a single report. Do not charge $20 a week later. I called and the $20 is supposed to be refunded in 5-7 days. I have the confirmation # and I will be checking that indeed it is refunded.

Jan 29,2025That I had to call back and request a return of my payment a second time. Both times I was told that it was refunded and the account closed. But I never got the refund the first time. Hopefully it all go well this time. By the way my computer program for blocking bad web sites blocks yours.
