Oct 22,2024I've never written a review before in my life so congrats to PSS for being the first. I usually dismiss and forget about poor service from companies but this one has gone too far. Three months after paying for and shipping my items, I get contacted by a different company they work with saying I owe them hundreds of pounds otherwise I won't get my items. I specifically asked PSS if the price I was given was total and if there were any other fees and they said no. This was not covered anywhere such as their terms and conditions, but only the in the small print in the middle of a several page long document among the many other documents they sent. And it doesn't give an amount, just that there could be another fee. Very deceitful and most likely illegal. It has also been several weeks past the latest they said it would arrive and it still looks like it's going to be at least a few days. They don't update you when there's an delays or issues, you have to contact them to find out. They also attempted to manipulate and pressure me into buying other services I shouldn't have needed, after I signed the contract and made the initial payment.

The crew that arrived early in the morning (which for us was great) hit the ground running. Came in, introduced themselves and got on with the job. 3 very friendly helpful chaps. Any info we needed, they advised. In and out with vans packed up in a fraction of the time we could have done it... thank you... Would absolutely recommend...

Oct 17,2024Estimator was so vague as to be useless. Prices seem to be kept regardless of major change in capacity, Project Manager was non existant and impossible to extract information. Dreadful service from packers couldn't wait to get finished and used many boxes only half full. Listing was horribly wrong and duplicates and wrong listing common. Time to arrive was elastic and despite the door to door pricing we had to pay the local shipper for delivery. Shortages were reported but PSS it turns out do not supply insurance but charge you for your listed items and say it is an extension of the service charge. All complaints go to the adjudicator within the department who then decides against your claim and the following complaints go no further than their immediate boss who does nothing. They lost several items of mine but stated 70 items were sent and delivered therefore nothing was lost. I pointed out a lot of times of the faults and duplicates in their listing I never ever got a response. My advice is these people do everything wrong from start to finish. If you use them be sure to watch the packers and do not let them rush and flee and make sure you match everything up exactly. They lost items of mine that were actually listed but refused to acknowledge it. Avoid if possible

Oct 16,2024Your packing team were excellent. Very efficient, did everything fast and were neat and tidy. Everything from the initial contact and the conversation and advice as I was shipping things that may need to be assessed. However there was a little letdown as it seems there weren't notes made on the system, or maybe I didn't communicate my shipment included items that will need inspecting so when the packing team came they seemed surprised. But all handled now and happy to recommend PSS International Removals

Oct 09,2024The crew set off at 4.00 am to get to our house by 7.15 am and worked tirelessly for several hours to export pack our belongings. They did a great job and with the back up of head office, we received a fully itemised schedule of the contents of each individual package.
