Nov 21,2024The customer service let me know the delivery time before the exact date of delivery. The team arrived at my door on time although it is snowing. The 2 team members are very polite and efficient for handling all my stuffs. It is a very nice expericence.

Nov 20,2024Top notch service from PSS so far. Office staff are patient, knowledgeable and friendly. There’s loads of paperwork to complete when shipping to Australia but they have been able to help with every query. As for the removal men themselves - wow. Steve, Aaron and Mark worked so hard and so quickly but everything was still handled with care. Really friendly chaps too. Somehow they managed to pack all of our belongings into a space that it simply shouldn’t have been possible to do. Absolute superstars. Honestly, we cannot fault PSS at all and nor would we want to. Hopefully the service is as good at the other end when our stuff arrives in a couple of months or so.

Nov 14,2024**Be warned** PSS were extremely helpful at the start with great communication, prompt estimate and delivery and collection of boxes/belongings. However, after collection communication became scare, estimated delivery time went from 8-12 weeks to 20 weeks from London to New Zealand. On contacting PSS, they took no accountability and kept referring to their T&C's. My issue is the lack of communication to alert us of the significant increase in transit time. They informed us once the ship left the port. Too late to find an alternative solution. My daughter has to now live out of suitcase for 5 months. Don't be fooled by the helpful staff at the outset, as once you no longer have your belongings you have zero control and they claim they don't either.....its all up to the shipping companies.

Nov 11,2024I would definanately recommend another service from UK to US, or packaging everything in an armored box! Multiple items recieved broken and/or damaged and continuing to find more. Insurance is intended as a reassurance and not a necessity. Very disappointed by the lack of care of personal items.

Nov 07,2024Generally very good although some of the communication could have been clearer. I felt I had to ask for clarification of points that could’ve been explained earlier in the process. This is the first time I have had to ship more than a couple of boxes abroad and it’s quite convoluted. Otherwise all good and the packers were great.

Nov 06,2024Excellent experience so far. Whilst my boxes have not yet arrived at their destination (only collected today), PSS have been fantastic. Really straightforward service from my initial internet search to booking and arranging removal. Special mention to Austin for the initial advice and information provided but massive shout out and thank you to Sandra who guided me through the process and helped with any questions. I’m confident things will continue to go smoothly and I’ll be reunited with my belongings in Australia in the very near future 😁

Nov 06,2024We have been impressed with PSS from the moment we met them at "Place in the Sun". Throughout they have all been informative, responsive, and accurate. On the day of the removal the crew were timely, organised, and worked consistently in getting the packing completed. We still have the importation of our possessions to happen, and if that goes as well as the previous stages in our move then there is nothing to concern us.
