Oct 14,2023Good value quote - video survey was easy . Able to modify quote easily. On the day the movers were excellent - very cheerful, helpful and friendly. Packed quickly to a high standard and then loaded container quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

Oct 14,2023I would like to say how impressed I was with the level of organization attention to detail and care your team took to guide us through what should have been a very stressful time. Craig was super insightful, prepared and extremely thoughtful throughout. Therefore his engagement with us was at a standard that neither my husband and I were actually prepared for, so was truly delightful to receive. From initial ‘here’s what’s going to happen’, to guiding the delivery driver, to making sure I was 100% happy in each room with placement and box opening. We felt looked after the team as a whole brought value to the cost we spent. The team as a whole were friendly effective and motivated to get the job done to high standard. I cannot thank your team enough. 6 stars out of 5!!!!

Oct 03,2023Absolute worst company to deal with. Serious lack of communication skills, nightmare to get a decent answer from anyone. And because they couldn't accommodate us they cancelled our booking without giving us options. Save your money and your time.
