Feb 16,2025As soon as the paperwork was signed, everything that could go wrong did. No communication around arrival times to begin packing, movers arrived without any material to safely wrap our belongings. Piles of our books place on fragile items causing over thirty items to be damaged and broken. We were assured before signing the paperwork that our belongings would be looked after. Two of the three movers that arrived had an arguement in front of us. Our belongings were then not shipped and remained in storage until we messaged to ask why they had not been delivered. There is no communication around location of pickup in new country, which turned out to be a ten hour round trip away from our new city. Emails repeatedly ignored, documents lost. We have not been waiting a year for this to be resolved, pushed from pillar to post with no solution offered. We have been offered around 10% of the amount of the damage that was caused due to their negligence. Do not use the company.

Feb 15,2025After much research on which company we should use for our move from the UK to New Zealand, we settled on PSS International Removals. From start to finish, communication was excellent and we were able to speak directly with them at any time, with any questions we had. Jo came out to us and conducted a survey of our furniture and belongings, giving us invaluable tips and guidance and her calculation, regarding volume and size of container needed, was extremely accurate. The team that did all of our packing across 2 days was great and they packed everything very carefully, meaning that upon arrival in New Zealand there was no damage to any of our belongings. Milica did a handover to her counterpart in New Zealand, NZ Van Lines, once the container was en route and this part too went without a hitch. A big thank you to all concerned for making this a seamless experience. We have no hesitation in recommending PSS.

The PSS team have been simply brilliant, with a particular (and special!) mention to Graham Taylor who did all the packing; thank you so much Graham😊👍💯. Feb 14,2025All the communications I’ve had with PSS for over a year now have been handled superbly. Typically after a long time planning my move, it all happened in a short time, but PSS fitted me in exactly as I needed, the estimator came round and made it so simple. The two days the packing team were in our house, I couldn’t have asked for nicer chaps, and boy were they professional. They gave lots of helpful tips and got the job done easily. The stress was taken away from me and I will say it was worth every penny. I think they are experts and they know what they’re doing. I would recommend them and use them again myself.

Feb 08,2025This company is a scam. I wouldn't believe a thing they say. They gave us an estimate of 5 to 9 weeks for delivery. Then on pick-up day, not a thing went according to their description. The promised packing materials. They showed up late. They showed up with no packing materials. They had hired an independent third party who knew nothing and took responsibility for nothing. We had to pay out of pocket for materials they were supposed to supply. Then came the wait. The 5 to 9 weeks is laughable. Pick up date was 03 October...the shipment just arrived on 6 February. That would be 18 weeks....double the max of their "estimate." Throughout the entire experience it was lie after lie after lie. Do not trust this company. They are fake news. The worst experience ever. They never took responsibility for anything and hid behind the word "estimate." If I thought they were worth time and effort, I would sue them. I did have to talk to an attorney at one point to see what my options were. They are pathetic. It is amazing to me the lies that you spew in your replies. I wish we could post pics of the paperwork for full transparency. You should be running a fake news agency, not a moving company. So shameful.
