Hopefully they will be helpful and sort quickly without unnecessary avoidance of responsibility. We will wait and see!

Feb 22,2024The move was fine for the most part. However, I specifically asked them if they could move saxophones, and they said they had lots of experience. When the saxophones eventually arrived they were wrapped in a thin layer of paper which is in no way good enough. Saxophones are very fragile and need to be packed carefully before shipping. Everything else was fine and worked well.

Mar 01,2024Having just used PSS International Removals to organise a shipment from the UK to Australia I can categorically say I have been extremely impressed by the service they provided. Communications were fantastic. Clear, detailed advice and information was imparted in a friendly professional way. Responses were always really fast. Helen, our move manager was very supportive, went the extra mile and we were kept informed and up to date at all stages of the process. We also experienced great support from Lauren and Charlotte. The guys who came to do the packing were punctual, friendly and did a thoroughly professional job.
