Every member of the team at the HQ, Peter the surveyor, and the relocation crew (particularly Mark and Steve) have been professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with us throughout. When you're uplifting your whole life to relocate to Australia, it's clearly a stressful and emotional time, so to have the comfort of the PSS team available to us was very much appreciated. Thank you all.

Jan 12,2024We needed to ship all our belongings from the U.K. to New Zealand which was a daunting exercise. Luckily another Kiwi friend who'd previously used PSS recommended them and said they really know their stuff. We are SO glad we followed their advice! The whole international move experience was made as easy as possible by PSS. They are super knowledgeable and helpful especially about NZ customs etc. and guided us through the process every step of the way. The U.K. move manager Helen was super helpful answering my multiple questions, and providing indispensable advice, the assessor was spot on with his quote and ensured we got excellent crates for our art, the U.K. packers/movers were all careful and thorough. The N.Z. team at the other end has all been excellent too, with the removal people being really careful and even unpacking everything and taking the packaging away! Having heard of so many nightmare stories from friends using other international removal companies who've had major breakages and outdoor furniture/camping gear etc getting stuck in NZ customs with bio security issues racking up fines/cleaning fees, we are so RELIEVED we chose PSS!! Our stuff sailed through customs and there have been no major breakages. We highly recommend PSS for a very safe and professional service.

Jan 09,2024Empty promises... it had been 5 month since PSS shipped our stuff from the UK destined to Australia and we are still waiting for it. Don't fall for it, I am no longer sure if our stuff will arrive in one piece!!!

Jan 08,2024Half way through move overseas at the moment, so far so good, PSS team have been easy to contact, helpful, straightforward, and helped make sure everything sorted in good time. Moving day was fine; efficient, quick, polite, everything well labelled and packed. Had a couple of issues that cropped up in the day, PSS office helped resolve quickly, and worked out fine. Hopefully everything arrives ok at the other end!

Jan 06,2024PSS have been great to deal with so far. They made it super easy to sort out boxes and packing at the UK end and gave good advice about packing and paperwork. Really appreciate Steve’s help in particular, particularly as we had a Home Alone ‘we slept in!’ moment the morning the boxes were being collected. I can’t speak to the whole experience yet as we haven’t received the boxes at the NZ end, but wanted to leave a positive review about our experience so far :)
