Removals went as per plan. Guys turned up within the nominated slot, polite and professional and providing advice where required. Left the property clean and tidy, having removed all left over packing material etc. Many thanks
Great initial experience, with Charlie being very patient organising things and Steve being lovely when collecting all the boxes. Now it's a waiting game for my boxes to arrive at their destination.

Terrible. All the good talk and attention up front, but when their designated removers came to load all our household furniture they just threw it all into the van. They then called me to say they had lost an item of our household furniture somewhere in their warehouse... then apparently found it whilst on the phone to me. Months after the shipment had left and not long before it was due to arrive they emailed me to say they had found my surfboard hanging around in their warehouse. They then offered to ship it free of charge even though I had already paid for it to be sent anyway! When I have tried contacting them to ask how they could have missed such a large item and to liaise with them to seek compensation for having to hire a board in the meantime they have now "ghosted" me!! Zero communication. Nothing. Very very unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!!!

Shipping for the first time, I had a lot to learn. I found the PSS systems easy to follow and use, and the support from the staff was outstanding, with a nominated person always available to promptly assist. My propertry has been collected in the UK but I have not experienced the shipment or delivery in Australia yet. An area for improvement was the pickup, where this function has been outsourced. The service was not as caring or professional as expected.
From the start communication was amazing, Austin, Steve and all the team were very nice dealing with me and the stress of sending my stuff abroad. I am still waiting for my stuff to be delivered and will update this but as of now it was a very good experience. The team was clear on the invoicing and on charges that may be added through the process. Steve was amazing explaining me everything and being very easy to communicate with even before he came to pick up my stuff. Very pleased with the process !

AWFUL, AMATURE. Boxes arrived after 7 months in transit, was told the delivery would be with me in 10-12 weeks. WORST SERVICE. I based my housing on their forecast. Almost all boxes arrived broken, open, and in a state of disrepair. Missing items, broken items. Still dealing with the fallout, still have missing and damaged items. Been dealing with this since September 2022. DO NOT USE THEM
While they did quote the lowest price upfront, they ultimately billed us additional charges multiple times after underestimating on storage requirements, shipping space, and boxes needed. This is not my ultimate complaint though. They lost about 20% of the art that we tasked them with shipping. Gone. We’re currently in discussions with the insurance agency for the shipment who is asking for original receipts for the purchases, some of which were years prior. This is a nightmare. All I ever wanted was my items shipped. Now they are gone forever.

My items have just been picked up for shipping. So far I have had a great experience with PSS. I like the fact that you get to speak to someone personally. Any questions were answered quickly. Extremely efficient service with delivery and collection of boxes.

Dec 02,2023COSTLY, STRESSFUL AND UPSETTING EXPERIENCE!!!! This company caused us a lot of heartache, stress and extra costs. Very friendly and helpful when discussing your intended move and quick enough to take your money. However it’s a different story when it comes to the actual move. Office said they would tell us when crew would arrive but they didn’t. Crew were very friendly, polite and seemed to pack our furniture and belongings well. How wrong we were!!! We paid for a months storage and were told our belongings would be held in Belgium only to be told at a later date they were stored in U.K. We contacted PSS with a date we would like delivery only to be told as we were part of a consignment we would have to wait until they were able to deliver to the province/country that is now our new home. This cost us more money in rental fees as we couldn’t move into our new home unfurnished. After many phone calls, emails and many excuses we finally had a date for delivery. However a couple of days before our belongings arrived we were told we had to pay more money for customs duty on a motorbike we were shipping, but it was only an estimate and PSS would refund any over payment. If we didn’t pay our belongings would stay in U.K., so we had no choice but to pay. On the day of delivery we were very happy to be reunited with our belongings until the lorry was unloaded and we were 17 items/boxes missing. The heartache didn’t stop there, once we started to unpack we found many items broken, damaged, stained and smashed. We contacted the office immediately and told to complete an insurance claim and they would investigate the missing items. We had to constantly ring to chase updates but half the time staff were unavailable or didn’t call back or didn’t reply to emails. 3 weeks after our first delivery our remaining items/belongings arrived. We also sent many emails over several weeks and made phone calls to find out the exact amount paid to customs and requested a copy of the invoice. Eventually this was provided but were shocked to see we had been charged over 90% more than we needed to pay and PSS had made no effort to refund. It took 8 weeks of chasing to finally be reimbursed. We took out PSS extra insurance which cost £1500 only to be offered less than the items true value. After a fight we finally agreed a settlement figure, less their handling fee which meant we were reimbursed even less for our items. In hind sight we wish we’d never used this company for the sake of the money spent and the heat ache caused. BEWARE!!!!!!
