Apr 06,2022I had been looking at projectors to replace my old one and found that Pure Theatre had the one I had been looking at. I rung and Chris invited me down for a demonstration. He couldn’t have been more helpful, he showed me around as to what he did and then we sat in his demo room to look at the Epson (which I bought) against a top of the range Sony. We also discussed and he demonstrated surround sound speakers. Chris as well as being an engineer he has an in depth knowledge of home cinema and set up and has helped me since with technical problems. I can highly recommend.

Mar 15,2022Chris and the Team at Pure Theatre have bee a joy to work with from my First contact onward. I would definitely recommend Pure Theatre and their products. During a very well structured initial demo, Chris took the time to explain his products thoroughly, gave me realistic options and provided excellent advice around building a home cinema in general. The Projector/Lift/Screen and AVR I ordered were dispatched next day and delivered within 3 days, all very well packaged. I did not use Pure Threatre's installation services, opting to fit the components of the theatre myself. I'm very pleased with the PT manufactured screen and lift which are fantastically well engineered in my opinion, very straight forward to fit, and easy to adjust to give a stunning picture. The quality of these products is way above similar systems I looked at, they seem solid and built to last. Post sales support has also been good, Chris has returned all of my emails/calls promptly and provided practical advice. Update November 2024 After using our PureTheatre Concealed Home Cinema setup for a couple of years since it was installed in 2022 i can say that it has been genuinely transformative in the way we watch films and TV as a family. The immersive audio and visuals means movie nights and event TV are a collective family experience and we can enjoy being together rather than all watching on small screens in different rooms.

I found the phone consults to extremely helpful, tailored to my specific needs and professionally done; no upselling, no talking down to you, etc. The email follow-ups were equally helpful, and very timely (after accounting for time zone changes). Once we were ready to order some products, the ordering and shipping process was easy and seamless. The products shipped in 2–3 days despite us being located in California, USA. Finally, the installed product is excellent. After having seen some sketchy-looking in-ceiling installations using other products, I was admittedly a bit worried, but the lift and projector are nearly invisible and look very polished. We're super happy with our purchase!
