Sep 07,2020I travelled a 150 miles to visit Pure Theatre and I wasn't disappointed. Chris their MD was very helpful and gave a full demonstration of the projector I was interested in (which other suppliers couldn't). He gave some sound advise taking in consideration what and where I was using it even looking up suitable input switching to go with my sound system and dvd players. If you need any advice and service on home cinema this is the place to go.

Sep 03,2020I was introduced at the Ideal Home Exhibition in 2016. Visited their showroom in 2017 and bought a Projector with lift, automatic screen and AVR with speakers. I love it. Not being ten-savvy and having been told I could contact for advice, I have done so over the past 3 years and received a standard of service above any other.

Aug 31,2020The Pure Theatre products are exceptional, with the online ordering very easy and the delivery incredibly fast. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with my order, in that I was sent an incorrect item. However, the Pure Theatre quickly acknowledged the mistake and sent out the new item ASAP, with the correct item arriving quicker than the original package.

Aug 27,2020After several poor in-store experiences I reached out for Pure Theatre for advice on my home cinema project. PT listened to my requirements, constraints and my overall objective. They sought to understand my needs suggested a solution that works perfectly. I wanted 'hidden kitchen TV' rather than a full on 'Odeon Cinema Living Room'. They provided me with the small CR25 lift and gave a recommendation for a small 1080dp Epson projector that was not from PT. I felt like PT were interest in giving me what I wanted and not just in taking my cash. This kind of honest, open and professional advice is hard to come by. Highly recommended. I am thrilled with me 'Hidden Kitchen TV / Home Cinema!

Aug 07,2020As always with the guys at Pure Theatre, you can guarantee that they will always try and sort any issues over the phone and are happy to commit the time doing so, but equally important will do whats needed to resolve any issue that cant be done verbally, they recently went over and above the call of duty for us on an issue and I'm pleased to say that it was sorted speedily . Great company and customer service. Wholeheartedly recommend them, from a great range of products, expertise, and from an execellent support perspective. Keep up the good work ! Jul 20,2020I was experiencing a few issues with our in ceiling projector screen randomly going up. Chris took me through the steps to get it sorted and removing the source of IR interference. you can tell Chris is passionate about their products and solutions. this was my first support interaction with Pure Theatre but having purchased the products last year and having a similarly good experience (where they spent over an hour on the phone with me talking through the options and the best combined solution to go for) I could tell this is a great company with solid in-house built products and a good handle on 3rd party products to combine them with to build the best solution.

I did make a purchase and Chris made sure I got my projector in super quick time to be able to watch Harry Potter on the big screen at the weekend! Very happy with the service.
