Jun 02,2022The installation went very smoothly. The set up of the system had a couple of hicupps and had phone calls and a call out. The system cut out a couple of times entailing more phone calls and eventually a call out to change or upgrade the offending part. The app is currently not working despite many emails giving me instructions on how to reconnect. The app is off since 20th May (today is 2nd June). Communication is always very polite but the app is still not working. The app is now up and running. Many thanks to Joey.

We would have given a 5 star review if they had responded to our query as to why there was a beeping sound emitting from the attic whenever electric shower was been used . We posed this question very shortly after installation.

May 31,2022Pv Gen were a great company to deal with. They arrived on time and worked well from start to finish. I got 8 panels installed and a back up battery. They explained everything as they went along and cleaned up afterwards. They were a nice bunch of lads and Maggie and the girls in the office were lovely to deal with over the phone!

May 30,2022Where will I start P.V sent a team on the 3rd of May 2022 to install 8 panels and a 5 kw battery had 4 of the panels up the 1st day came back the next day finished the installation so we thought ....next day no hot water ???? ..not connected ...got on to PV a week later the 11th sent out 1 person to see what the problem was and in his words thought it would be a 10 minute job over an hour later it was connected a total botch of a job today 29th may 1 of the hottest days with hrs upon hrs of none stop sunshine no hot water so far for 13000 euro system down no advise of any from those that installed these no app working best advise stay well away

May 24,2022Delighted with new solar Pv system installed at my home. After a slight mixup with chosen panels the engineer arranged for correct panels to be transported from Cork to Waterford and the issue was resolved in no time. The installation crew we excellent very professional and tidy. When work was completed my home was spotless. The commissioning engineer was also very professional and brought me through the new system with ease. I am seeing significant savings already. I would highly recommend PV Generation to anyone who is thinking of getting a solar system for themselves. This company are very good.

May 19,2022We had a great experience with PV Generation. Everyone in PV, from the initial consultation to the office Staff and the fitters were really great and easy to deal with. They took time to explain in clear terms the process and what we should expect and they kept us informed throughout the process. They installation was a breeze, the fitters and electricians installed the panels and batteries without fuss, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to work the system. My only regret is that I didn’t install solar panels years ago.

May 16,2022Installation of the system went very well, lads spent a full day and only left when up and running. Explanation of the how the system works was excellent. Since install minor issues with app dropping its connection to the system, system works away in the background but comes up as being offline, resetting of router seems to resolve the issue, hopefully a patch will sort this out. In summary would recommend PVGEN without hesitation.

They explained what they were about to do and worked extremely hard and were meticulous. We were extremely happy with the job that they did for us and would have no problem recommending them.

Jun 10,2022A move into the unknown for me. Had a prob with the Black Box in the metre Box. Twas turned the wrong way for 5 months. Had no hot water/electricity from the panels. When that was sorted hot water aplenty. Still would like training on how to maximise my use of my electricity. I'm only learning from others in my situ. PVGen should be running courses regionally to help their customers maximise their own use of power generation.
