Jan 18,2021Hello. The website suggests that you can make a booking and set up direct debit payments with just a £20 deposit. The booking process did not offer us that option. We had to make a deposit of no less than £720. Also when making an online payment and commitment for this amount of money one likes to be careful. It does not encourage being careful with detail if you say you can book in 5 minutes. Just a personal observation. Thanks

Dec 15,2020Easy booking process and option of £20 deposit is good. Not too happy about an extra charge for larger group i.e. £75 discount for 3 people but no discount for 4, better to be a sliding scale of discount

Nov 22,2020Quality Cottages overcharged me for a booking I made in August 2020. When I notified them, they took a second payment of nearly £1000 from my card without my authorisation, then repeatedly denied they had done this for the next 3 months. I had to open a complaint against them with the Card issuer. Eventually they refunded the amount with no apology or explanation. I won't be using them again!

Oct 26,2020Tried several times to make the booking online. Initially couldn't access chosen date. Then several attempts before bank details accepted, which were correct. It has taken nearly an hour to complete the booking, almost gave up, but as we had such a great holiday using your company this year persevered. Tried phoning, no response.

Oct 24,2020Spring Meadow was light, airy and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with good quality furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment and bed linens. The sofas in the kitchen/family room were comfortable- which I find is rare in a holiday let. It was worth the extra we paid to stay in a luxury cottage. Given this I have only awarded 4 stars rather than 5 because of the state of the mattresses. They were not only soft but also very saggy. Everything else was 5 stars.

Oct 17,2020We have just arrived back from an amazing week spent at Wyndhurst, Newgale. The house was spotless, well equipped and the view is absolutely fantastic & easy access to the beach was great for the dogs. The owner contacted us to check all was well which was much appreciated. It was such an amazing week we have booked to go back in May 2021 - something I have never done before.

Oct 13,2020We have just returned from a lovely week at Druidston Old Farmhouse in Pembrokeshire.The Farmhouse is in a lovely location with wonderful views over St Brides Bay. It was very comfortable and well equipped and all steps had been taken to make it a safe environment against COVID-19
