Lovely big airy house situated right on Coastal path. Perfect for a get together with family and friends with plenty of walking , beaches and places to explore. I would definitely take this house again.
We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful location. This holiday cottage is exceptional and the owners have carefully thought through the decor, comfort and very welcomed little extras. The view from the decked platform was stunning. We hope to return as soon as we are able.
We had a great stay at Ramsey Cottage (situated between St David's and Haverfordwest). The cottage was modern, clean and comfortable and had everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. Nick and Jess were friendly and welcoming. The beaches in this part of Pembrokeshire are lovely and the views fantastic. Also plenty of choice for walking the Coast Path.
Fantastic stay at Tremle Cottage in Tresaith. Secluded. Easy walk to lovely beach. Beautiful decor and clean. Beds comfortable for great nights' sleep! Friendly, welcoming host. Thank you!
Seventh stay in Court Lodge and as lovely as ever. Excellent location close to the coast and lots of interesting places to visit. Cottage was clean and well appointed; everything we needed for a self-catering week. We will be back! Ref 222779
We stayed at 35 Quay Street Fishguard. The cottage was lovely, , everything you needed. Very clean and well equipped. Location superb , you can swim from the end of the quay at high tide , the Yatch Club café is excellent and Fishguard itself offers lots of good shops and excellent food and is well positioned for exploring the coast path and countryside. We will be back next year.
Anya in Morfa Nevin. Superb house, high quality , very comfy, location was perfect. Near beach, shop and pub.
The cottage is in a great location - fantastic walks from the doorstep. Manorbier has a really interesting castle, a quirky pub and beach break coffee is pretty good. Weather was great while we were there and we had breakfast outside almost every morning. Cottage could do with a clothes airer and some pegs and the top of the extractor fan and oven grill pan could have done with a clean (would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this).
Just returned from a third visit to the’Temple’ complex. Cottage was fine for facilities, clean and comfortable. However it was, and is still being advertised with Sky Q - this is not the case which was extremely disappointing especially as my iPad was trying to connect to Sky in the adjacent property on the complex. Cleaners told us that it had been disconnected but obviously not in either The Barn, or The House
Carrel Wen is a wonderful peaceful cottage with sea and sunset views in walking distance of Solva and The Cambrian pub which does great pub meals. It’s a short walk to a lovely part of the Pembrokeshire coast and is a well equipped, spacious cottage with a large south facing garden. Highly recommended!
Fantastic website. Found exactly what I was looking for within minutes. Great pictures and very detailed information about the cottage, suggestions of where to eat and drink, nearby attractions and places to visit. Extremely easy to book. Will certainly be recommending Quality Cottages to family and friends.
WEBSITE easy to use, Amanda very helpful
Very easy transaction. Easy to navigate and clear instructions. But.... why no bonus for loyalty. 2nd, 3rd or in my case about the 30th booking.
We really enjoyed this quirky bungalow. The views were amazing and all amenities were nearby. It was very well equipped with everything you may need. Being retired builders, we noted that even though the owners want to keep it in the 30s style, all the dark woodwork was in need of painting and looked grubby. The old toilet was fine but the wooden toilet seat had seen better days and was actually unhygenic. The two modern toilets and shower were much cleaner. However this place is unique, has plenty of parking places and we would book it again.
Having stayed in Woodland Retreat, arranged by Quality Cottages, we were both delighted with the cottage and the service from the agent, so much so we have booked two more cottages with them. Excellent service and superb cottage and location.
SWIFT BOOKING,EASY TO NAVIGATE.THANKS
Our second stay in this cute little cottage. The owners are lovely and the view over the estuary is spectacular, great for bird watching. Really quiet spot, felt instantly relaxed as soon as we arrived. Plenty to do in the area so much so that we always run out of time to do everything! Definitely planning to go back again.
Had a lovely week at Nyth Cariad (booking ref:240848) on Anglesey. The location was lovely and in peaceful countryside a couple of miles away from the busy coast. There was a local shop 5 mins drive from the cottage and lots to do on Anglesey (which we know well). We had a balcony that provided stunning view across to the Snowdonian mountain range, so that made up for the lack of a local pub! The BBQ was dirty when we went to use it, which we cleaned and then discovered the gas cannister was empty! But overall the cottage was just right for us.
Name of cottage Craig yr Awel, Booking Ref 235057. The cottage was in an excellent location with wonderful views of Whitesands Bay, together with easy access to the beach below. From an amenity perspective there was good parking for 3 cars, the wifi was strong and the kitchen was plentifully equipped. In all other respects this cottage was not acceptable given its price. The interior was in dire need of a major upgrade and modernisation throughout. The bathrooms were substandard including very small shower cubicles, a broken toilet seat, and a guest toilet with no wash hand basin. The lighting system was inadequate, particularly in the living room where it was impossible to read, play board games etc in the evening, and the location of the light switches was inconvenient - in one case requiring an adult to stand on a window sill to operate it. I was contacted a few days before the start of the holiday by the owner to warn of damp in the downstairs master bedroom. The was no cancellation offer or discount. By the time we left most of our clothing items in the bedroom were damp. I also think that for over £3,000 a week it should be possible to open the front door without risk of dislocating a shoulder - we had to shove it as it was sticking badly.

Sep 14,2021Overall a very comfortable and well equipped cottage with easy access to the beach and coastal path. Forty minute easy stroll to Porthgain for the Sloop Inn and The Shed Bistro. Perhaps not so good for families with children unless they are into walking, swimming, etc. Excellent location for stargazing!! Just a couple of points which warrant four stars instead of five: 1) The 'pots and pans' had not been properly checked for cleanliness and needed cleaning before they could be used. In particular the oven 'grill pan' had residue from the last time it was used. Minor observations: 2) There was plenty of crockery, glassware etc., but a bit mismatched and in need of refreshing. The cooks knives were useless but in our experience this is generally the case for holiday lets so brought our own!! 3) The Covid-19 information mentions bags for used linen being supplied but they were not. However the information was dated 2020 so perhaps this was not required for our visit.
