Jan 05,2024The worse company to buy a car from I bought a BMW i8 for around £56,000.00 when I agreed a day to collect it seems everything was rushed, I ended up buying the car and driving away without a V5C as they were in the process, then 2 days later the sold as fully serviced car, service light came on which then requires 2 new tires, trim on both sides of the car and multiple other things, that should have been picked up on the AA full test they say they do on every motor that comes through their door before they sell them. so I called them up and asked for the AA report for my car, and found out they didn't do one had to get quotes from 2 different places for all the work on the car I then sent the price back to them to agree, with them to come back with a 40% offer, it needed around £1500.00 they offered £300.00 even though it was all there fault, so I then replied with if the £1500.00 isn't in my account by end of day the car would be coming back tomorrow for a full refund as it was within a week, it go paid very quickly. I would avoid this garage at all cost no customer service and seem to not actually be checking any of the motors they sell. liars as well as they don't test motors as proven with this one. if you need any screenshot of emails let me know I have everything
