This company sold me a car with major issues ( see picture) invisible at sale point but appeared in first 3 months of use... they send me the terms and conditions email after 4 months !!! After sale 'team' is not answering to calls and emails. OMAR (after sales manager) is not to be trusted. the landline number from the website is invalid. The only solution - solicitors

Ash was really good, gavw a great discount and we appreciated the warranty and assistance and park ex too! The staff at the desk could do with a little bit of haste but other than that, the place is allllll good! Definitely recommended for all your vehicle needs as they have an amazing variety!

Rumesh was brilliant. He showed us around the cars and suggested with his honest opinions. Rather than bragging and showing positivities only in order to sell the cars, he mentioned about current and future states that the car might be at i.e increase in insurance, any faults that could arise depending on make and model. Pamila (Pam), very approachable with the customers. Was given clear instructions throughout; and was offered her help at any time should we require in the future regarding our purchase.

Upon inspection of the vehicle there was a few scratches on the vehicle and the parcel shelf was missing but a deal was negotiated to reflect this to satisfaction . This is a post sales edit…… I was put on the spot and asked to write the review above and post it before I left the premises. Also, I requested that they put a new mot on the vehicle before I travelled to view it but upon purchasing the vehicle they did not provide an mot certificate, instead it was just a print out of the dot guv vehicle mot check. So where was the certificate of the new mot they’d done the previous week? I had to ring them up and they had to send me the link to download it as I didn’t have the new v5 document at that time.

DO NOT USE Bought Vauxhall Corsa three days ago. During the test drive the tyre pressure light came on, the gentleman in the car with us assured us this was due to the alloys having been sprayed and reset, and this would be fixed before we left. 30 minutes into the journey home the tyre light came on again, so there is clearly a puncture or an issue with one or more of the tyres.  Thime next morning when we turned the car on, the engine oil level warning light came on, so we moved the car into a nearby NCP as it couldn't be driven. In the afternoon, I checked the oil gauge myself and found there was virtually no oil in the car whatsoever. I checked underneath and there is a hole - about the size of an apple - in the what looks like the oil tank, and the shield holding this up looks eroded around the edges of the fixtures and is hanging off, the entire content of the oil tank was spilled in the car park. Pictures attached on google review. This all happened in less than 24 hours of buying the vehicle. There is now multiple engine warning light on the vehicle (oil, tyres, engine light and battery light), and the car engine won't even turn on. I spoke to a gentleman on day who advised me to have the car recovered (at our cost), and taken to a garage (at our cost), and they would look at a refund for the repair. We were told nobody could help till Monday (today), as the aftercare team needed to do this. After consideration, we decided to reject the car and ask for a refund. We waited till today to give the aftercare team time to respond whilst working. We have had no phone call from them, and received an email asking where the car is located and would we move it onto the street (which will involve us rolling it out of the car park). We are at the end of the working day, we have had no confirmation of a refund, been given no date for the car to be collected. The car remains unusable in a nearby NCP, with oil all over the car park, totally unusable in an extremely unsafe condition. We are also nearly 10 grand down which we paid as cash buyers. So effectively we are 10 grand down with a completely unusable car, stuck in an NCP which we are having to pay a fortune for. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. We were told to leave a review (not asked to) in the dealership before we even left, so suspect this is how their rating looks so high. We have contacted auto trader customer security team, citizens advice, and also raised a complaint to the motor ombudsman as we don’t seem to be getting anywhere with the dealership. Happy to amend once confirmation that the refund will be given in full, and the car collected.

My experience with Quality Part X LTD had been great so far. Seller very gentle, was able to talke through the whole process. The Car was ready in a few days and everything was smooth and easy. I can only recommend them so far.

Where do I start with this company, my partner and I purchased a car online with this company. We rang them on the day of delivery to make sure the car had been taxed, we had the phone put down on us when we questioned this. They delivered the car late in the evening so we couldn’t inspect it, once we did inspect during day light, paint colour on the tailgate didn’t match the sides in addition the paint was peeling off under the tailgate window. I also contacted the DVLA to make sure it had been taxed I was told that this had only been completed which turned out to be the day after I took delivery of the car We decided to return the vehicle within the 14 days online purchasing, initially we were told we could return and again had the phone put down, the company was horrendous to deal with about collecting the vehicle, they fobbed us off on so many occasions about our refund

Caution when buying a vehicle here. Assured me the vehicle would be serviced prior to collection. A mechanic friend of mine recently checked over and confirmed no recent service. Sold the car with missing bits and assured me they have been ordered to my home address. Almost 3 weeks later nothing. Ask you to leave a review before you leave the shop which in its self is a bit dodgy. Due to this I have amended the review from 5 star to 3.

Avoid this dealership! The car had to be returned a week later due to multiple issues. Tyre pressure waning light came on within 30 minutes of driving the car away. We noticed this tyre was lower than the others when inspecting the vehicle before purchase. We were told on the final checks they would all be toped up. By the next morning the tyre was completely flat and needed to be replaced due to a slow puncture. They refused to pay for the full cost of the new tyre. The full AA check had not been completed despite the salesman telling us it had been. The dealership states on their Auto Trader page that all cars go through this AA check before being listed for sale, which is clearly not true. The screen wash was completely empty and the low oil light came on 3 days later. The oil was old and not changed, despite supposedly having a level 'A' service which should have done this. The air filter had been changed but the pipe had been broken and would need to be replaced. The dealer put four used tyres on the car to get it though its MOT before purchase. A subsequent inspection by a national chain of garages showed two of these tyres would have been MOT advisories, along with the rear break pads. None of this was listed. They were unable to provide a full MOT report. The advert stated one previous owner and it was HPI clear. A subsequent check showed two previous owners and that the dealers had their own outstanding finance on it. It was not until after paying for the car that we were told there was no V5. They failed to disclose that it only had one key until very late in the sale and only upon direct questioning. In view of the above, I returned the vehicle a week later under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They had failed to respond to an email stating I was going to bring it back and that we were considering taking criminal action against them. We went to the dealers to return the car the next day, with warning signs placed in the vehicle window. The salesmen got very heated initially, swearing at us and using intimidating behaviour, but I do not think we would have got a refund any other way! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

The after sales service is poor. I was asked to do a review which I did on 22/02/2024. Since then I have asked for a full refund today after many other emails sent to them!!. I strongly suggest avoiding this organisation and using a reputable company! I bought my car for 17000 and engine lights started to appear after 7 days - 29/02/2024. I had a full safety check done and diagnostics at a local dealership and was advised to give the car back as it had multiple issues and required £7100 to repair! 10 litres of Adblue needed - faulty exhaust, faulty engine, damage on the underside near the front bumper etc etc After contacting QPX in Stevenage I have just been fobbed off constantly. Please do not buy from this company!!!!! I cannot drive the car as it has gone into countdown mode.

I had a really bad experience with the car, the car that I purchased has a leak in the engine and the when reaching out to theafterses team, they don’t even respond to the calls, I have been having this issue since a month and I called the aftersales team number that was given by the sales team but they don’t respond, it felt like that only look to sell the car but don’t respond to the customers once the car is sold. I’m still trying to reachout to them but still no response. Current facing so many issues.
