Feb 13,2024Saw the car on Autotrader, contacted the sale team by email, good respond. After few negotiation on the price decided to go for the car. Me and my husband took the train to get the car, we got there, saw the sale person, nice chatty guy. Saw the car, first thing noticed it was not exact colour I wanted, a bit disappointed but still was OK. Went for a drive and it was OK, in advert mentioned it has front and back sensor, we noticed front sensors not working, asked the sale person, he said he will take it to their workshop to fix. Then while we were waiting, we went through paper work and they requested we transfer the payment and after payment transferred, the sales man came back to say there is no front sensor, there is space but not actual sensor. He said it will cost few hundreds to put it on. Shocked why not mentioned that before I transfer the payment. Then when came to get the key found out there is only one key. Again disappointed why not mentioned in advert as well. we requested to get some discount to fix the front sensors but rejected and the guy keep saying you got discount already. That is not acceptable as if there was not discount I would not buy the car with high mileage. Generally not happy. so ask all your questions before as you might be surprised there.
