We got a vehicle from them and after completing all paperwork they handed us the keys and told us to go and collect our vehicle What happened to showing us the vehicle. And upon finding vehicle we noticed the interior had wear and tear, car mats was dirty , the AC doesn’t work..

Jul 28,2023Wish you could give zero stars! I don’t usually leave reviews but feel it’s only fair to warn others about this dealer. I purchased a car and paid for delivery. My delivery was arranged and cancelled several times by the dealer. They made up some lie about trains not running, but the car simply had not been prepped, i check online and it was not MOTed. I finally got a delivery date and they called the day before to cancel the whole order because the car had a gear box issue! How this was only discovered 7 days after the car was purchased and the day before it’s due to be delivered is beyond me. Iexplained to Quality Part X i need a car for my young children to get to school etc and requested they help fund a temp hire car. They out right refused and didn’t even sound bothered about the situation at all. The car is under warranty after purchase so i don’t understand why they don’t fix it and then send it to me? If they didn’t find the fault till after the sale that not my issue if it cost them to fix it, that’s just business. Poor communication and constantly lie when you ask for updates. Avoid Quality Part X.
