Dec 11,2024My experience was entirely negative. All the terms and conditions were not disclosed to me at the point of sale and i was charged £100 for cancelling the policy before the cover even commenced. The call handler lied saying the fee was disclosed in the pre-recorded message at the end of the call and later claimed they weren't required to disclose it. I found a cheaper policy elsewhere. I found them to be unhelpful and sharp. I would not use again under any circumstances and feel bitterly mistreated. I have raised a formal complaint but feel they have no interest in addressing the ethical issue here which is withholding money because they simply can.

Dec 07,2024Another company that is a waste of time & complete scam Did a quote online to be told to call, which I did, I then had to spend exactly 27 minutes on the phone going over everything I'd JUST done for the online quote, was put on hold twice & told I'd receive a call back with a quote - strange, but fair enough. An hour goes by and I receive a call back to question my occupation, told once again I'll get a call back with the quote shortly, it's now been 4 hours and still nothing. It's either shady business or they're just outright lying as the other 7 insurance brokers I've called either had a quote for me on the first phone call, or for two of them couldn't offer me a quote at all, but told me so rather than claiming they'd call me back with a quote. No call back after 4 hours so I called myself, Nicole answered and let me know Jack had gone home (nice one, Jack!), she then let me know the quote would be £6900 for the year, over double the online quote at £3367 per year! Another company with dodgy business & a complete scam.

Nov 30,2024This insurance company is in a really bad state. Yesterday, I got a quote online from Confused.com for the new company van and was happy with the price they offered. However, when I called the company, I was on hold for about 90 minutes, and in the end, they said, "We’ll call you back." During the call, my connection was cut off several times by the company. I shared my details multiple times with one of the staff members and told them that the van must be insured by tomorrow. Yet, up until now, I haven’t received any call back.
