I chose Rainbow because they were the only company on the .gov website that actually had the price as it was shown. £18 each, it clearly states you have to order and pay separately for each person, which I did. Both tests arrived together and were waiting for us when we got home. Test done, activated and as it was a Sunday We received our certificates first thing this morning. Very simple, very clear instructions.

Nov 14,2021I paid £53 for a PCR test for day two. I received the test.i posted and activated the test. 10 days later I have heard nothing. No idea if it even got there. No idea if I was spreading COVID. On my account it says awaiting activation! Crap crap crap!

Nov 13,2021Ordered Day 2 Test on November 2nd with guaranteed next day delivery. Money taken from bank immediately but after 11 days still no test has arrived. Tried phoning over 10 times but just get a message lines are busy and then cut off. Emailed them 3 times get auto response advising my email will be responded to within 24 hours but still not had a reply. Disgraceful service from a company on the UK Gov recommended list. It’s been one thing after another with these testing companies and no wonder people don’t bother travelling.

Even after taking the money and delivering the kits to my UK address, I never received a confirmation email with the reference numbers for PLF, even after sending two emails. I therefore had to order through another company who supplied a service as recommended by UK Government.

I would urge others to use this link to report this company so they get removed from the approved government list (it won't let me add the link but you can find it on the "Find a test provider" page of gov website)

Nov 11,2021Poor service. Ordered two tests one arrived the other one didn’t. Tried calling them but line always engaged. The website to upload the test is rubbish, really crap website, designed poorly. This whole thing is a scam, with the governments backing.

Nov 11,2021I would not even give this company 1 star but had to to enable me to right this review. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE !!!! I ordered two tests separately within 10 minutes of ordering both. The 1st test came the following day with me having received a Royal Mail tracking email. I received confirmation from Rainbow Labs of the 2nd order but no Royal Mail tracking and no test received, am now a week later and nothing. Tried calling several times but no answer phone constantly engaged and cuts you off. Emailed them but no response. This company is a sham and is appalling that it is listed on government approved site.

Nov 11,2021Completed surprised and disappointed by the labs not even delivering my test. I ordered it a week before I was due to land in the uk, to be sure it would arrive on time. And I am still waiting for it 5 days later. It’s completely impossible to get hold of them, after several attempted phone calls (the line is always busy) and multiple emails asking for updates. I still haven’t heard anything. Seem happy to take your money and not provide the services they promote.

Nov 11,2021Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Day 2 antigen home test kit on 1 November 2021. The lure of next day delivery drew me in. Email confirmation received upon ordering and payment taken immediately - nothing untoward there, I thought! How wrong was I. Almost 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive what I ordered. No explanation, no communication, no apology - nothing. Radio silence. This is despite me sending numerous emails and countless phone calls. I’m beginning to think whether this company actually exists. If you can’t fulfil orders please stop advertising your services. How the UK government endorses this on their website is beyond me. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Shambolic.

Nov 11,2021Failure to deliver on paid order - 7 days ago (order confirmed 4.11.21 and payment made) We have tried unsuccessfully to contact Rainbow by telephone about their failure to deliver test but only receive recorded message that their line is busy before the connection is eventually cut. Email has gone unanswered. On 4 November I ordered and paid for 2 x 2 day lateral flow test kits online (one for myself and one for my wife) - payment made by Credit Card. We both (separately) received confirmation of the orders by Email (see below) - my test duly arrived on Saturday (6.11.21) but my wife's test still has not arrived (3 days after day 2) resulting in considerable inconvenience and further expense. Emails to Rainbow to request repayment within "3 days" as per terms of agreement remain unanswered and phone line still disconnected. I wish I had read other reports on Trustpilot before ordering. Avoid this disreputable company !

Nov 10,2021Do not use this company. Ordered Day 2 tests, five days before I was due to take the test, payment made, nothing arrived, it is now day 4 since I arrived back. I have emailed but have not received a reply. I try calling the telephone number but the recorded message 'number is busy' plays every time.

Nov 15,2021I ordered two day 2 test separately, but they never arrived. I tried calling them, but the line was always busy and it was impossible to get through. I also sent an email to them, but they didn't reply. So all in all a lot of money spent for nothing, and you can not get a refund.
