Jul 02,2021Very poor service, my day 2 test was sent first thing on Monday morning, today I finally received my results (friday), I explained to track and trace about the poor service and want happens if my results for Day 8 take 3-4 days to be received,his reply was you will still have to quarantine until results arrive. Absolutely disgusting

Jun 30,2021We bought a test to release. We shipped the samples on Tuesday. They arrived at the lab on Wednesday. However, we didn't get any confirmation from the lab. I got my result after 24 hours, i.e. on Thursday. However, my husband and daughter got the results after 48 hours, i.e. on Friday morning. Calling the customer service is almost a miracle. When we got through, the lady assured us that our samples are in the laboratory but she doesn't know when the result will be. A very stressful experience. Husband missed another day at work. And on the website they say that the results will be up to 36 hours from receiving the sample. They didn't keep their promise.I do not recommend it if someone cares about time. I used also Alphabiolabs for day 2 and 8 tests and results were in 3 hours but they dont sell test to release.

Jun 24,2021Unable to give ZERO stars. - DAY 5 tests had conflicting instructions inside...they also email you a video which gives you a third (incorrect) way to package and return the sample. - none of the 3 instructions advise you to note down the Tracking number on the address label....even though that's what they ask for when they're trying to locate your sample - you don't get an automated confirmation of receipt of your sample (as i got for my RANDOX DAY 2) - Activation process requires very minimal information compared to other Labs like RANDOX who ask you at what time you took the sample for example. - They use DANTE labs and just forward on results to you.....lesson learnt They claim "HASSLE FREE COVID-19 TESTS" I'm due to take my RANDOX DAY 8 test tomorrow and still haven't been able to return to work because of this Mickey Mouse outfit. AVOID

Jun 21,2021I have no idea who this company who call themselves Raibbowlabs are, but they are certainly don't do what they suppose to do. They certainly are NOT PROFESSIONALS. They shouldn't fool people from overseas, take their money and promise them that they will carry out the tests on time and let them know the results on time etc. They never answer the only phone they have and they never respond to urgent emails. All in all this company is only there to take people's money and I am sure they are getting quite a lot from the government, from my taxes.

Jun 10,2021I bought the 3 tests for my family on return from abroad and all tests were delivered the day we arrived and each one of the results (so long as posted in a priority covid mailbox) was done within a day. There was one inconclusive test but that was retested and took an extra day. The communication and forms was all very simple and well done. Couple of points, website for filling in details could have a login and store some prior details as it was a pain to re-enter this 9 times. Also sometimes I got a text and sometimes I got an email, if this could be consistently one or the other would be better but these are minor gripes.
