Aug 03,2024I thought the remote I bought was broken, but I just didn’t understand that it needed to be programmed. The customer service I received from the company was outstanding. They were happy to return the product if I wanted to, but also gave me advice on how to program the remote. And now the remote works beautifully. And on top of that, I can’t find these remotes anywhere else in the world, so I really appreciate that these guys make them.

Aug 03,2024Saw this company on line , selling remote controls. Contacted them and they recommended a remote made for them , that would work with my CD player. I ordered the item, which arrived about 5 days later, and worked perfectly with my Kenwood CD player. I am very pleased, with this company , who were very helpful, and acted very promptly, to forward my order.

Jul 31,2024I have an old Bose system and the remote control stopped working. I was desperate finding someone who can fix it or finding a new Bose remote controller. After searching online, I found Remote Control World. The information for the replacement remote control was very accurate. I live in Thailand. I ordered it Sunday night, Wednesday afternoon it already arrived in Bangkok. And it works just as they said it would. I am very happy. I can continue using my Bose system which was at that time when I bought it very expensive.

So many copies and fakes out there, but delighted to say the Remote Control World product I bought was an LG Factory original item, brand new as described. Jul 27,2024BONJOUR, J'ai commandé une télécommande tv SONY RM-ED 002 le19/07/2024 reçu le 25/07/2024,mauvaise surprise, la télécommande une contrefaçon RM-ED005 alors que sur l'enveloppe colis s'est écrit télécommande Sony RM-ED 002 en plus défectueuse clapet compartiment piles ne fonctionne pas correctement et certains boutons, j'ai donc laissé un message écrit sur la page chatter en direct ,pas de réponse, en plus la fenêtre a été bloquée tout de suite le lendemain, je viens donc, leur envoyer un courriel de réclamation par internet, j'espère qu'on va me répondre et de me proposer une solution satisfaisante. MERCI Rebonjour, Problème résolu , j'ai reçu la nouvelle télécommande en plus des piles offertes ça fonctionne bien, merci d'avoir réglé le petit souci très rapidement avec professionnalisme ,très satisfaite. Jul 25,2024Nachdem ich über die Homepage eine Fernbedienung für einen SAT-Receiver bestellt und während des Bestellvorgangs mittels EPS bezahlt hatte, bekam ich mehrere Zahlungserinnerungen per mail. Auf meine Antwort + Übermittlung der Buchungsbestätigung meiner Bank wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß die Bankverbindung, auf die die Summe ging unbekannt sei und ich doch bekanntgeben möge, wie ich zu dieser gekommen wäre. Abgesehen davon, daß telefonisch über Tage hinweg niemand erreichbar ist und man nach 3min in einer Ostblockwarteschleife jedesmal einfach aus der Leitung geschmissen wird, haben diese Herrschaften anscheinend auch keine Ahnung bezüglich des Bezahlvorgangs auf ihrer eigenen Website, sonst wüssten sie nämlich daß eine irrtümliche Bekanntgabe einer falschen Bankverbindung gar nicht möglich ist, da man automatisch weitergeleitet wird. Die "verschwundenen" 18€ kann ich wohl nur als Lehrgeld bezeichnen.... Fazit: Finger weg, da stinkt doch alles zum Himmel 👎 Update am 26.7.: Nach der ausführlichen Erklärung, was bei meiner Bestellung schiefgelaufen ist und der Zusendung der Fernbedienung, ändere ich meine zuvor schlechte Bewertung gerne, da letzten Endes der Kundenservice doch noch funktioniert hat. Fehler können überall passieren, aber es ist auch schön zu sehen, daß es noch Unternehmen gibt, die bereit sind, diese einzugestehen und zu beheben. 👍

Costa tipo 100 euro originale, da loro pagato 30 inclusa spedizione espressa e batterie... Veramente soddisfatto Tra l'altro per il mio telecomando esistono svariate versioni, e nell'annuncio c'era anche una guida super intuitiva per capire quale dovessi acquistare, veramente ben fatto

Jul 24,2024J'ai commandé une télécommande originale Sony et j'avais peur de recevoir une contrefaçon. Mais c'est bien une télécommande originale de chez Sony, neuve et complément fonctionnelle avec retro éclairage. Le seul petit bémol : l'envoie du produit sous enveloppe à bulle , ce qui peut provoquer une casse de celle ci mais par miracle elle est entière . Un carton de protection serait bien mieux par sécurité.

Jul 24,2024Eigentlich suchte ich im Netz nur nach einer Universalfernbedienung für mein Sangean Gerät. Wurde nicht fündig und stieß auf VAT. Es war einfach und unkompliziert eine Kommunikation über mein Problem aufzubauen. Kurze Zeit nachdem ich mich dort gemeldet hatte, bekam ich schon eine Antwort. Das ging so während des gesamten Schriftwechsels. Superschnell, superfreundlich und wirklich kompetent. Letztendlich wurde meine alte Fernbedienung repariert und ich bekam eine genau auf meine Bedürfnisse zugeschnittene neue Fernbedienung noch dazu. Einen so tollen Service habe ich lange nicht geboten bekommen. Ich bin sehr sehr begeistert. Dankeschön!!!

Jul 23,2024Ich hatte meine Fernbedienung für den Wohnwagen-Mover zur Reparatur geschickt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, die Fernbedienung funktioniert wieder perfekt und das zu einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis. Ich kann Remote Control World uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
