Fatastic. It was the wrong remote control in the packet - After a misunderstanding, everything was fixed in the best way, so the satisfaction is now Huge. I will definitely return. Erik

Plusieurs messages échangés mais en finalité télécommande inutilisable. pas de solutions donc achat inutile. réponse : la télécommande devrait fonctionner correctement... Télécommande de remplacement mensongère. Déçu de cette entreprise.

Jul 11,2024Ordered a remote for an older Arcam amplifier model. When I received the remote some essential functions were missing. I mailed them about this and they offered to send me a replacement free of extra charge, which they did and this one works fine. So all in all very good service and prompt and polite replies to all of my emails. Recommended !

Jul 09,2024The remote did not work withthe A/C unit it was supposed to work with. No refund was provided. They asked to return the remote, but the mail cost was higher that the unit cost. Waste of time and money.

Jul 08,2024Nachdem meine Original-Fernbedienung für den Enduro-Mover EM 305 nicht mehr lieferbar und auch nicht mehr reparabel war, bekam ich einen funktionsidentischen Ersatz geliefert. Der Mover wäre ohne diese fernbedienung nicht mehr nutzbar gewesen. Dank RCW konnte ich eine Neuanschaffung des Movers vermeiden. Die Ersatzfernbedienung ist voll funktionsfähig. Bei der Kaufabwicklung gab es keinerlei Probleme. Bezahlt mit PayPal. Weiter so!! Ich werde die Original F.B. zur Reperatur auch noch einsenden. Liebe Grüße Klaus M.
