Sep 05,2024I used this company for a replacement remote control for my Pioneer receiver and had trouble operating some functions. I contacted the company who was most helpful and it was the CEO and programmer dealing with my problem who corresponded with possible programmable solutions, however to no avail. A new replacement was forwarded and now happy with the outcome. I therefor would recommend this company having very good aftersales.

Aug 30,2024I bought a budget remote control for a Naim amplifier from VAT. It came to me in a very short time. Unfortunately, it did not work properly as couldn't manage the Naim CD player that was connected to the ampli though an original Naim cable. So I spoke to my VAT contact point who solved the issue for free remotely by sharing the correct codes and instructions to programme the remote control both for the amplifier and the CD player functiins. I was really impressed by their responsiveness and reliability to respond even through the item was a cheap item. They are great. Warmly suggested for those having any issue with remote controllers. I will consider them for future need! I saved over 100 euros, which is the difference from a VAT remote and an original Naim. Thanks to VAT!

After three unsuccessful attempts to buy a remote control for my fireplace from other companies in different countries, I lost hope. The guys from this company helped me choose the right remote control and sent it to me in the UK. It works and I am very happy, I do not need to get rid of my electric fireplace now.
