Jul 03,2024Whilst on holiday in France the 20 year old remote control for our caravan motor movers stopped working. A careful look online took us to Remote Control World and they were able to supply a replacement, whilst not of the original design it was compatible. For a small extra cost it was sent via UPS to our camp site address in France and within 36 hours the problem was sorted. Their service was fast, very fair and the web site easy to use. True lifesavers!

Jul 03,2024Mit der Bestellung #364413 vom 18.06.2024 (Hörmann kompatibler Funkfernbedienungs-Ersatz) für die Krankenhaus-Tiefgarage habe ich kein Glück gehabt. Die Fernbedienung war leider defekt. Gerät wurde zurückgeschickt uns alle Kosten wurden mir nun zurückerstattet.

Jun 27,2024My remote I ordered from the company did not work due to channel setting differences. Remote world eu asked me a favour to send them the faulty product together with one of my original remote. They promised they would make the repair within a couple of hours and send me back the two remotes within a few days. They also said what a favour it would be for them to be able improve their products. I made the delivery (on my cost) one moths ago and ever since I get no detailed replies for getting back at least my remote from them. … I understood the reason of the delay. For now I got my remote repaired and two other ones working fine. Thank you for the compensation for the delay!

Jun 25,2024bei der gelieferten FB funktionierten die wichtigsten Funktionen nicht. Ich habe das per Mail genau beschrieben und um eine Problemlösung gebeten. Als Antwort bekam ich die Empfehlung, die gleiche Fernbedienung noch einmal zu kaufen! Den angeblichen Live-Support kann man bei zig Versuchen gar nicht erreichen. Das wortreiche Selbstlob auf der Internetseite ist reine und unzutreffende Werbung.

Ho trovato questo sito che lo vendevano ad un prezzo molto ragionevole - anche se non è l'ultima versione - e l'ho preso! Appena arrivato ho messo le batterie e... FUNZIONA PERFETTAMENTE!! GRAZIE!

Jul 04,2024Habe eine Rolo General Fernbedienung online gekauft, die leider von Werk aus defekt war. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer und kurzer Beschreibung des Problems wurde schnell und unkompliziert eine neu versendet. Super Service, gerne wieder!
