Apr 25,2024Let me tell you an amazing story: not only the 3 orders I made to this company were perfect ( communication, price , delivery , quality) but in one of orders I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT ! 100% my fault and they still helped me to reprogram it so it matches the equipment I have. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this ! Thank you !

Apr 19,2024First of all, products are great, they just work out of the box. I ordered replacements for NAD SR8 to controll C326BEE and NAD CD6 for C525BEE and they both work as described and expected. Then I had an issue which was with my amplifier and Adam from support guided me through promptly and to the point. So, if you are thinking of getting a replacement remote then look no further but go straight to remote-control-workd.eu. Every button works exactly as the botton on the original one. (I ordered a replacement remote for my Yamaha AV receiver) Keep working in this manner!

Apr 15,2024Je ne comprends pas pourquoi y avait il dans l'emballage deux piles de type AAA alors que personne n'arrive à ouvrir cette télécommande. J'aimerais savoir comment s'ouvre cette télécommande ou si mes 2 piles y ont été glissées par erreur. Cette télécommande qui est aussi rechargeable ne tient pas la charge.

Apr 14,2024I ordered new remote control for our Bose 900 with delivery to Canada. I noticed that one of the emails mentioning my address does not have apartment number so I contacted VAT team. Communication was good. I called and person answered had difficulties communicating in English but I received message immediately advising writing an email, and I got answer very quickly. Postage to Canada is $10 which is chip. Package arrived in 2 weeks. Well packed to prevent any damages. Item is exactly as advertised. Original Bose remote, brand new, not used at all. I would strongly recommend this business.
