May 07,2024I had a problem with my General remote control that I bought here as a replacement for my TEAC hifi some two years ago. I contacted RCW and described my problem in an e-mail. Within just few hours I got a response asking me to clarify the details of my RC. In the following e-mail RCW expert Mr Holusa sent me detailed explanation on how I can reprogram my RC on-line. I could do it in five minutes and now I am happy with my fully functioning RC. My summary of this kind of customer support is: Wow! I had never before in my life had such a swift and efficient on-line customer support that was able to solve a technical problem so efficiently. Thank you very much! G Holp (Hungary)

Apr 29,2024Vraiment déçu. J'ai commandé une BOSE CINEMATE - télécommande de remplacement qui aurait du comme stipulé marcher immédiatement... et bien non elle ne fonctionne absolument pas. J'ai adressé un mail mais pas de réponse... Je vous conseil de fuir ce site.

Apr 29,2024Je suis très satisfait de ma télécommande TV commandée le 07/04/2024 et reçue le 12/04/2024 pour mon téléviseur FUNAI... Elle fonctionne comme celle d'origine sans avoir eu à la synchroniser!

Apr 26,2024Die Fernbedienung die ich bestellt hatte konnte mein Gerät nicht bedienen, Nachdem ich das gemeldet habe wurde mir sehr sehr gut weitergeholfen. Jetzt habe ich 2 Funktionierende Fernbedienungen die Neue angepasst und meine Alte Instandgesetzt. Sterne 10 von den 5 möglichen.
