Apr 04,2024It took longer to receive the remote than expected. Also though the remote was undamaged, I suggest you ship it in a box rather than a flimsy envelope.

Apr 03,2024Ich war erst sehr skeptisch ob alles mit rechten Dingen zugeht. Nun muss ich eingestehen, dass ich sehr angenehm überrascht wurde. Alles lief reibungslos. Gute Kommunikation. Die Mova Fernbedienung kam in einem einwandfrei reparierten Zustand an. Ich kann nur sagen.. Danke!

Apr 03,2024Service Ccial très réactif et j'ai reçu l'ancien modèle de télécommande compatible SONY qui fonctionne bien avec mon téléviseur. Mais il est dommage de proposer à la vente une nouvelle télécommande sans prévenir qu'elle peut ne pas fonctionner avec certains téléviseurs.

Vollkommen unproblematische und schnelle Abwicklung des Auftrags. Gut gefallen hat mir auch die durchgehende Information zum Status des Auftrags. Vielen Dank.

Good luck to you. Otherwise, use intelligence and not ignorance, be smart, and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!! I say this because false advertising is globally recognised as an element of business that misleads consumers. Regrettably this company doesn't A] Either seem to be aware, or B] care about misleading consumers. The site states '100% replacement 1:1 of the original remote control' but upon arrival of a product that I ordered, I quickly realised that this was just not the case. They were obdurate, and didn't bother to read my descriptive replies. Then they behaved in a cantankerous manner and then had the audacity to offer only a '30% discount as our apology' for their mistake. I can sympathise when certain functions might seem like functions that aren't commonly used. But why advertise them as if they work, when they don't ? The communications between a client and a company can change how a company is managed and whether it survives, and I truly hope this business matures with regards to their logistics and procedures sooner rather than later, because at present they behave like petulant schoolchildren. Being forced to follow up emails days and weeks after a transaction does not help instill trust with a company that has falsely advertised items. And when they admit to their mistake: 'unfortunately it is not possible to have the functions added as the technical documentation is missing' it is nothing more than irksome and irritating. And what is commonly referred to as myopic, and in a business sense, destructive. It made me laugh in disbelief after I had returned the product and informed the company, only to discover a week later that I had received an email stating 'we are working on having new code created that would fully work with your device'......sending me videos explaining how to programme the remote, the remote that had been in the post for at least 9 days. What added insult to injury was after the lack of comms, only 75% of the full price was refunded, this on top of having to return the product to Poland from London, on my wallet. Again, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE REPLY: Unfortunately this company have replied and stated that they cannot find my name on their database, more evidence that they are either full of it, or petulant amatuers. Mar 28,2024Sehr schnelle Lieferung der Ware nach Deutschland. Freitags bestellt und Dienstags aus Tschechien mit DHL geliefert. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und fachlich kompetent. Der Händler hat ein breites Angebot von Ersatz -Fernbedienungen führender Hersteller von Unterhaltungselektronik. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert so wie es der Händler verspricht, Batterie einlegen und einschalten. Mit meiner Ersatzfernbedienung konnte ich die wichtigsten Funktionen des Gerätes ausführen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden über das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und kann diesen Händler wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

I asked through the chat with Helena, and after having explained what is really wrong, Helena decided to send me a new remote which was tested before sending. I received it free of charge 3 days later. New remote works perfectly now!

Mar 22,2024Am Mover-Steuergerät 1x den Resetknopf gedrückt, die Fernsteuerung angestellt, klack, klack, klack haben sich Steuergerät und Fernsteuerung erkannt. Super, der Mover funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Pressed the reset button once on the mover control unit, switched on the remote control, and the control unit and remote control recognised each other with a click, click, click. Great, the Mover is working perfectly again.

Mar 21,2024Die Kommunikation mit der Firma verläuft sehr freundlich und reibungslos und man wird ständig und zeitnah auf dem Laufenden über den Stand der Auftragsbearbeitung gehalten. Die Lieferung als DHL-Warenpost dauerte mit Programmierung etwa 7 Werktage, was völlig akzeptabel ist. Die Fernbedienung selbst macht einen soliden Eindruck, entspricht in den wesentlichen Funktionen 1:1 dem Original und funktioniert einwandfrei. Preis-/Leístungsverhältnis (inkl. Versandkosten 20,00 EURO) absolut akzeptabel, in jedem Fall besser, als ein intakten DVD-Player zu entsorgen und neu zu kaufen, wenn eine Fernbedienung in diesem Kostenrahmen verfügbar ist. Ich kann die Firma absolut empfehlen und bedanke mich für den Service !!!!
